Irene didn’t discuss it with anyone, she made that decision on her own.
The Kingdom Guild, founded by her brother and sister-in-law, was just starting out, but it already had great prospects. Irene was sure that if she joined her guild, everyone would benefit.

"Esma," she addressed her companion through their contract, looking at Yulaya with a slight smile. "Do you understand what needs to be done?"
Esma followed Arabel’s gaze, and when she saw Yulaya, she immediately realized what she was hinting at. A smile spread across her face.
"Leave it to me, little sister. I was already starting to think that it would be better for my younger sisters to join us."
"Great, I’m counting on you.", — Arabel said in her mind.
After talking about Yulaya, Arabel turned her attention to her brother and sighed. Unlike the Guilds of Irene and Yulaya, things were not easy with her brother’s Guild.
While she was lost in thought, Esma’s voice rang in her head, and she focused on her again.
"Little sister... You can get two more bloodline change potions, right?" Esma suddenly asked.
"For Yulaya and Hazel?" — Arabel asked, instantly realizing why her sister needed these potions.
"Yes, for them," Esma replied and confessed: "I want to make them my sisters, not just in words."

"But before making a final decision, I ask you to discuss everything with them and honestly tell them what awaits them. You should mention the possible conflict with the Valkyrie race and the disadvantages they might face becoming Valkyries," Arabel added.
"It goes without saying," Esma replied quickly.
"Also discuss this issue with Sierra and Lucinda, get their opinion. I’ve already given my word to the Older Sisters that I won’t recklessly create new Valkyries. Only after you get their support, and if Yulaya and Hazel really want to become Valkyries, come to me," Arabel suggested.
"Okay," — Esma agreed, although she didn’t like Arabel’s suggestion that she discuss everything with Sierra and Lucinda. However, she knew Arabel was right. After all, if they become Valkyries, they will have to contact each other.
Esma wanted these younger sisters to become good friends with those two.
