Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System! Chapter 596

“How… how is this possible?” Idan exclaimed in amazement when he saw a middle-aged woman with blonde hair, brown eyes, and surprisingly familiar features.

In Idan’s eyes, despite the glasses she was wearing, this woman, apart from her blond hair, looked very much like his foster mother and Aunt Ivette.

The Eyes of identification activated, and the stunned Idan saw the information about this woman.

Name: Anessa (Inessa)

Random information: A teacher at school №7 in the Zesta City.

“It’s her…” — Idan whispered, peering at the two names of the woman in the System window.

“Mom?” he couldn’t believe his eyes. “Did Ivette deceive me by saying that my mother was dead?”

But as soon as this thought appeared in his mind, Idan immediately dismissed it. The name that this woman was currently hiding under, his birth mother, immediately led him to believe that perhaps she had deliberately faked her death and was now hiding from everyone under a different guise.

“Why would she do that?”

“Why did she leave me?”

“Does this mean that Ina is her daughter? My sister?”

There were too many questions at once, and Idan wanted to find the answers to them.

He had to restrain himself from going up to her and asking all these questions.

While Irene was performing, Idan kept his eyes on the two of them. He noticed how Anessa was looking at Irene intently, and it was obvious that she knew that Irene was her younger sister’s daughter and was her niece. Unlike her, Yvette and Adam did not change their names and did not hide from anyone.

As for Ina, she listened attentively to Irene’s speech, without taking her eyes off her.

When Irene finished her speech, the students started asking her questions. She answered everything except those about her personal life, especially those about having a boyfriend.

The questions didn’t stop. And when Irene felt that she had already answered enough, she finished her performance and walked down the stage, heading towards Idan.

“Well, did you find them?” she asked impatiently.

Idan did not immediately respond. He turned to her and nodded slightly.

“And who is it? Girls or boys?” Irene asked curiously, wanting to meet them as soon as possible.

Idan wasn’t sure how best to respond, but he wasn’t going to hide his discoveries either.

“One of them is a schoolgirl, a 14—year—old girl, and the second thread led me to a middle-aged woman named Anessa,” he said, using a mental link.

“Huh? What?” — At first, Irene smiled when she heard about the girl, but when it came to the woman, she did not immediately realize how this was possible.

“Wait, Anessa?” — It didn’t take long for Irene to realize that the name Anessa reminded her of Idan’s mother and her aunt Inessa.

“Inessa is Anessa. And the thread that led you to her. Does that mean she’s…”

“My own mother,” Idan interrupted before Irene could finish. “And Ina seems to be her daughter. So she’s my younger sister and your cousin.”

Irene turned around and looked at the crowd, who were watching them curiously. However, in this crowded area, she couldn’t find them without Idan’s help.

“Not now,” Idan said, seeing how eager his sister was. “Let’s go.”

“Okay,” Irene nodded, accepting his offer.

“Sister, as it is, I want to talk to her alone,” Idan voiced his intention.

“Are you sure?” asked Irene, slightly worried about Idan.

“Yes, I’m sure,” Idan nodded. “I want to personally find out from her the reasons why she did this.”

After that, they left the school without stopping, hiding from prying eyes. However, they did not go far and, hiding in the shadows, began to watch the school.

Shortly after the unexpected event at the school, the students were sent home.

Ina appeared at the entrance along with a group of girls her own age.

“That’s her,” Idan said, pointing at Ina.

“Oh, you’re right, she really looks a lot like her mom,” Irene agreed with Idan’s statement that the girl strikingly resembles Yvette.

“I’ll follow her, and you wait further,” Irene said, turning to Idan, and he nodded in agreement with her.

Irene disappeared, leaving Idan alone, and followed the group of girls unnoticed.

Idan did not have to wait long before he saw the one he had been waiting for.

Anessa left the building in the company of another woman, probably another schoolteacher. They walked a little way together, said goodbye, and Anessa headed for the bus stop. She walked along, lost in thought, oblivious to everything around her. Idan didn’t know what she was thinking, but he decided to watch her.

It was still daytime, and there was plenty of time left until evening.

When she reached the bus stop, Anessa waited for a shuttle bus and got on it. Idan followed her. He stood among the other people, trying not to draw attention to himself, and watched her using his Soul Force.

Following her, Idan soon found himself in a large square in the center of the city.

Anessa walked in silence, heading towards the imposing monument.

“If I’m not mistaken, this is a Memorial Monument that can be found in most cities. The names of those who died and went missing during the disaster are immortalized on it,” Idan recalled, looking at the monument to which Anessa was heading. Follow current novels on novel·fıre·net

Keeping his distance, he watched her closely.

When she reached the monument, she stopped and, turning her gaze to one of its parts, prayed.

Looking through the many names, Idan soon discovered one that seemed very familiar to him.

It was his own father’s name, which, of course, surprised Idan. After all, Anessa wasn’t using her own name. It looks like she or someone else decided to write his real name.

“What the hell? Is he also considered to have died in the disaster, like Adam?” a thought flashed through Idan’s mind, looking at his father’s name on the monument.

“If he’s dead, then who are the other four?”

Preoccupied with his thoughts, Idan did not notice how a man with gray hair appeared next to Anessa.

“Who is this?” asked Idan, and his Eyes of Identification immediately activated.

Race: Human (Silver Rank)

Random information: A servant of the Blake family.

“A servant of the Blake family?” frowned Idan, recognizing his father’s last name.

“Is what Ivette said really true, and does my father really come from an influential family?” he muttered, noting that this man was not only a servant of the Blakes, but also, as it turned out, was a cultivator who received outside help.

And as Idan expected, this man created an unknown barrier that prevented others from eavesdropping on their conversation with Anessa.
