Supreme Thief: I Can Steal Anything! Chapter 42

Outside the temple, nine divine figures hovered, cloaked in auras that bent reality itself.

Six males. Three females. All gods. All dangerous.

But his gaze didn’t sweep past them—it pierced them.

The first goddess to draw his eye was a succubus draped in sinful beauty.

She was the Goddess of Lust, the Mistress of Yin and Yang, and the infamous Divine Matron of Dual Cultivation.

Every inch of her body radiated seduction. Her long, slender legs seemed sculpted by temptation itself. A plump, heart-shaped rear swayed with grace beneath sheer silks. Her heavy, milky breasts defied logic—barely hidden beneath a robe that seemed designed to provoke.

He didn’t underestimate her—he knew well.

She was the most dangerous of them all.

Not because of brute force... but because desire could corrupt even gods.

Beside her was the Goddess of Frost—cold, radiant, unshakable.

Long white hair, crystalline gaze. She was the very definition of control and distance.

The air around her froze with each breath she exhaled. Her presence alone would chill the bones of demi-gods.

The Sovereign of Ice, some called her.

The Queen of Winter’s Will.

The third goddess contrasted them both:

The Goddess of Nature and Illusion, an emerald-eyed elf whose gaze shimmered with mystery.

Green hair flowed like enchanted vines. Her gentle smile masked ancient wisdom and untold pain.

She had seen much. Endured more.

She was the closest thing among them to kindness... but even she could be lethal.

The God of War stood first.

A towering man with muscles like mountains and a jagged scar crossing his face. His aura was pure chaos—danger made manifest.

A massive greatsword rested lazily on his shoulder, but the pressure it emitted cracked the sky.

Straightforward. Unrelenting. Unforgiving.

His mere stance screamed that blood would be spilled.

Next hovered the God of Darkness. Lean, robed in void-black silk, veiled in shadows.

His body was half-cloaked in devouring mist—darkness that swallowed light.

Eyes hidden, lips curled in a quiet, sinister grin. He didn’t speak. Didn’t move.

He simply observed, occasionally checking his nails.

He was the Master of Void, the Demon Lord of Teleportation, the shadow that stalked behind every legend.

In truth, his real form was monstrous. But this... this human mask?

It made his cruelty easier to stomach.

Then there was the God of Divine Beasts.

An evolved Minotaur Sovereign, now taking full human form—a goal most beasts never reach.

Brown-haired, horned, skin like smooth granite. He had the pride of ten thousand beast kings in his step.

Straightforward like War—but his rage burned deeper, more primal.

At the far edge floated The God of Light—the exact opposite of his shadowed brother.

Serene. Beautiful. Radiant.

His white hair shimmered like moonlight, tied in the same warrior’s knot as the God of Mana.

Wrapped in glowing robes, he looked like a holy angel—but his eyes were void of mercy.

He and the God of Darkness floated as far apart as possible. Because light and shadow can never share the same sky.

Beside them: The God of Thunder and Lightning. Thor

He crackled with barely restrained voltage.

Each breath sparked lightning across his bronze skin.

He stood arms-crossed, clearly in deep thought.

He wanted to back down.

The others knew. But pride... Pride wouldn’t let him.

And finally— The Unknown God. The Nameless One.

A being of no element. No domain. No allegiance.

A jack of all forces, master of none—yet revered across millions of sentient worlds.

Planets bent to him willingly, offering dominion, surrendering sovereignty.

He was the God of Planets, the embodiment of potential itself.

Of all of them, he was the most unpredictable.

Each commanding millions of minor gods beneath them.

And yet... they all bowed—consciously or not—to one higher being.

The God of Qi and Extreme Dao.

But even he had a problem.

Because among them... the man they came to face? The one who now stood tall, expression unreadable, in front of his red-tinged temple?

He was the God of Mana. The one who broke rules by existing. The one they feared... because they could never understand him.

He spoke no words. Not yet.

But the silence... was heavier than a thousand roars.

All the Supreme gods hovered in the sky like an array of watching stars, positioned in a long line of authority and silent judgment.

Their eyes—calm yet sharp—remained locked on the looming temple before them. They were waiting. Waiting for the one who owned that dreadful fortress of power to step out and confront them.

What was unfolding on the blood-stained earth could only be described as massacre.

A one-sided slaughter was taking place beneath their divine gaze.

The ground was filled with chaos and carnage—beasts and cultivators of all races being torn apart by the strange, godless creations of the God of Mana.

The air was saturated with screams, roars, explosions, and the stench of blood. Yet, none of the gods flinched. None of them cared.

To them, these were just ants. Disposable pawns.

In a hundred years, their numbers would be restored. Such was the way of weaklings with high birth rates. Life to them was cheap.

Occasionally, one or two of the gods would glance at the battlefield and sigh—not out of empathy—but sheer boredom.

They observed the clash of elemental techniques on the ground: Ice. Water. Fire. Space. Earth. Wind. Wood. Metal. Lightning.

A beautiful display, but utterly pointless.

Those techniques didn’t leave a scratch on the God of Mana’s creatures.

He didn’t just create them... he perfected them.

These monstrosities wielded inhuman strength, unbelievable speed, and unthinkable agility. Even the larger ones—some towering over six meters—moved faster than most top-ranked cultivators.

Their attacks? Brutal.

Their jaws crunched through Qi-hardened flesh like dry biscuits. Screams rang out as enhanced warriors were ripped apart as if their strength meant nothing.
