Surviving The Fourth Calamity Chapter 124

Where everything is crystal clear, there’s no sense of mystery left.

When Hill’s Domain was first opened, players were already flying in the air, meticulously capturing it all.

Everyone knew that Hill was a Summoning Mage who loved animals and was fond of greening.

They all believed Hill was an NPC specifically created to please female players.

Apparently, female players had already set up a dedicated column for Hill on the forums.

The only thing Hill now needed to watch out for was players who wanted to make a killing off him.

So far, players still weren’t able to lay hands on green-named NPCs.

But players’ minds are always diverging—who knows if they could find a way to let Hill be killed by a beast!

Hill had only one life and didn’t want to lose it out of the blue.

Stuck in the shop, Hill finally awaited the day Black and White Path built the church.

To show respect to the deities, Phillips and Hensley both stood at the front with their people.

Hill looked around, quietly positioning himself in a corner, with a mountain wall behind him and a large tree to his left.

If anything happened, he could directly have the Elemental Spirits lead him into Earth and Wood escapes.

Hill didn’t know how the two in front felt, but from behind, he saw many players making gestures at the backs of their heads.

What’s scarier is that the players had no malice; they just wanted to give it a try.

The mages’ prided intuition completely lost its function against these curious little gestures.

People from Black and White Path threw a pile of materials on the ground in front of the Lord’s Mansion.

Their church was planned to be built across from the Lord’s Mansion, just 20 meters away, facing it.

Then Mobi Chenxin started up the Divine Array with a crystal ball in his hands.

Hill stood silently, watching the two groups led by Hensley and Phillips solemnly salute.

Their every move was filled with respect for the God of Time and Space, but it could not ward off their chaotic behavior toward the Undead Tribe in the backdrop, which they completely failed to understand.

The players were all filming.

They were discussing whether this was how a formal ceremony should be conducted, and some even seriously mimicked it.

Hill heard someone question, "When William’s people built a church, it wasn’t , it was more respectful, and those people even knelt."

"They don’t worship the God of Time and Space, do they? So no need to kneel?"

"Then what’s up with their behavior?

Hill doesn’t believe either, right? You see him just standing at the back, hands by his sides."

"That’s different. Hill doesn’t rely on William for a living."

Hill felt those two were still managing to hold up, their mental strength was really impressive.

But it might also be because he was at the back and couldn’t see their facial expressions.

The divine light shone for 10 minutes, and a circular church stood opposite the Lord’s Mansion.

In front of the church, aside from a shallow pool, there was nothing else.

Watching the church nearly embracing the Lord’s Mansion, Hill felt admiration for Mobi Chenxin.

The mindset of PVP guilds was certainly different.

The church was impossible to attack. Anyone wanting to attack them would have to either detour or dismantle buildings.

Yet they could die and storm into the Lord’s Mansion at the fastest speed afterwards.

Players standing behind began stirring.

"This is pretty good, eh? Why didn’t we think of doing it ?" It seemed to be from the Magic Cult.

"Are you crazy? If our domain was attacked up to the City Lord’s Mansion, we’d be done for."

"Oh, right, our place is a city, you can enter from any direction."

"They’re not just defending against enemies, there are a lot of magical beasts on this side too."

"Then should we build too?" a person from Wenjian twisted their face, "It’s too ugly, isn’t it?"

"Anyways, we don’t even know the place yet? It has to be strategically advantageous."

"True that, Lord knows when the Young Masters will find a place."

People from Black and White Path, however, were very proud, praising Mobi Chenxin for his thorough Forethought."

Phillips and Hensley, seizing the chance while these players discussed, quickly left.

Hill blinked: weren’t they planning to use the teleportation circle to report back?

"Wait, isn’t the enemy’s revival point also here?" someone loudly asked.

"No! Our type of domain can set to not allow enemies to revive here. Please, check the domain introduction!""

"Then they’re just getting fewer the more they fight."

"Well, the defenders are naturally at an advantage."

Hill waved to the sky, and Cohen landed with a long cry on his shoulder.

"Going home to check it out. He always dares to use the teleportation array."

So, do players also know that Phillips and Hensley are afraid to use the teleportation array?"

As Hill walked, he thought; then what’s the use of their respect to the God of Time and Space?

You don’t even dare use His teleportation array.

Or perhaps, is it because of guilt that they had to perform?

Hill silently watched the interior of the church; it was a building completely open throughout.

The center was a broad hall. At the front was the altar, on the left the teleportation array, on the right the Resurrection Array.

Hill looked at the gleaming sign on the floor of the hall: they had actually built a dedicated Resurrection Array!

Hill remembered that in his domain, the church is revived in front of the altar.

Was this to prepare for tens of thousands of people reviving together?

PVP, PVP, Hill muttered in his mind, calming down, walked into the teleportation array, skillfully operated it, and instantly returned to his domain.

He flew directly back to the Magic Tower and from afar saw that List was already waiting for him on the study’s balcony.
