An Hao’s heart skipped a beat, and he subconsciously swung the shovel he was holding towards him, hitting him squarely on the fist. The pain made him grimace and wave his fist about, crying out in pain.
Seeing Daguang get hit, Yang Erdan started howling miserably, which instantly reminded him of the humiliation he had suffered at An Hao’s house before. In a fit of anger, he kicked out at An Hao.
An Hao couldn’t dodge in time and was struck by the kick, falling to the ground.
"Get her, beat her up for me!" yelled Yang Erdan.

His meager skills were no match for Qin Jian, who grabbed his ankle with one hand and brought Daguang down with a leg sweep and a neck press, pinning him firmly underfoot.
Tian Niu also rushed over and subdued Xiaobing with a few punches and kicks.
He then casually pulled off his utility belt and tied Daguang and Xiaobing back-to-back together.
After dealing with the bunch of brats, Qin Jian saw An Hao still sitting on the ground, her expression one of pain, and squatted beside her to ask, "Did you hurt yourself somewhere?"
"It’s nothing, just sprained my ankle," An Hao said, pointing to her ankle.
Qin Jian took off her shoe and saw that the sprain was indeed more severe than the last time; her foot was swollen.

"That’s a relief," An Hao exhaled. If her foot bone were fractured again, their household would be truly ruined.
"Sister-in-law, why are these little bastards picking on you!" Tian Niu had a good impression of An Hao, who was also Qin Jian’s girlfriend, so he was particularly protective of her.

Yang Erdan glared back at him hatefully, his voice muffled as he shouted, "Assault! The engineer from the province is attacking people!"
"I’ll not only hit you, I’ll damn well kick you too!" Tian Niu raised his foot for a kick.
"Qin Jian! You are their leader, if he dares to kick me, I’ll go to the village and say that you brought people to bully the locals!" Yang Erdan hollered loudly.
"Yeah! Bullying the locals!" Xiaobing joined in the shouting.
"He’s not bullying you, he’s teaching you how to be human!" Qin Jian said coldly, looking at Yang Erdan without any intention of stopping Tian Niu.
