Xu Yinuo opened her eyes and saw Guan Kexin standing in front of her, the sunlight casting upon Guan Kexin’s face, making the sneer at the corner of her mouth even clearer.
Watching the pain flicker in Xu Yinuo’s eyes, Guan Kexin’s lips slightly curled, "What’s the matter? Did I say something wrong?"
"Guan Kexin, I thought we would be friends," Xu Yinuo stood up.
"Yeah, we are friends. If we weren’t friends, do you think I would talk so much with you?" Guan Kexin looked down condescendingly at Xu Yinuo.
"So I should thank you?" Xu Yinuo clenched her fists tightly, her face turning red with effort, "Guan Kexin, don’t push me too far. What makes you think you’re in any position to judge me? Your anatomy grades are just as terribly bad!"
Having said that, Guan Kexin left with her books in her arms.
Watching her leaving figure, Guan Kexin stomped her foot in anger, "The little rabbit has become tough, growing teeth wasn’t meant for biting me."
A week went by, and before they knew it, Friday had arrived again.
"How is it? Have you made any progress after a week of learning?" Yan Ye’s lips curled into a faint smile, a light laughter emanating from his eyes.
"Teacher Yan, can you stop laughing? Every time you show that smile, we know you’re up to no good, certainly thinking of some way to torture us," Gu Shuangshuang said while biting her pen, supporting her chin with one hand as she looked at him.
Yan Ye gave a mysterious smile, "Today’s ’big teacher’ will be carried by the girls."
"What?" Gu Shuangshuang screamed, her mind about to explode, "Tell us, you’re kidding, right?"
"Of course not! Now, I need a few girls to go select a body from the Formalin Solution Pool," Yan Ye’s mouth curved as he slowly called out a list of names, "Xu Yinuo, Guan Kexin, Lei Linxuan, Zhang Juan."
No sooner had he finished speaking than the girls burst into screams, while the boys cheered delightedly.
Hearing her name wasn’t called, Gu Shuangshuang breathed a sigh of relief.
Luckily she wasn’t on the list!
Setting aside the fear, the thought of having to fish the bodies out and then carry them away was very unpleasant.
