Gu Shuangshuang rushed back to the dorm to settle accounts with Xu Yinuo.
Filled with rage, An Hao clutched her textbooks and hurried towards the dorm at a rapid pace.
On the way there, she saw Xu Yinuo talking to an unfamiliar adult man, who was trying to snatch money from Xu Yinuo’s hands.
It was right after the evening self-study session, and quite a few people on the road had witnessed the scene.
One by one, they stopped in their tracks, watching as Xu Yinuo had her money stolen and then helplessly began to cry while squatting on the ground.
After crying a bit, she seemed to realize it wasn’t proper and quickly wiped away her tears to stand up.
Just as she got up, she saw An Hao standing not far away, watching her coldly.
Xu Yinuo glanced at An Hao, said nothing, and turned to leave.
"Stop!" An Hao shouted in a low voice, "I have something to ask you."
"Why should I stop just because you said so?" Xu Yinuo turned around, a cold smirk on her lips as she looked at her, "An Hao, who do you think you are? You seem too full of yourself."
An Hao ignored her mockery and asked her bluntly, "You spread the rumors!"
"Rumors? This isn’t a rumor!" Surprisingly, Xu Yinuo admitted, "I saw with my own eyes Yan Ye taking you to the hospital, the doctor said you were pregnant! I just told the story to students from other classes!"
"You stalked me! And eavesdropped! Xu Yinuo, you are quite something! What kind of deep hatred do you have against me? Can’t you have any consideration for our shared time as classmates?
