"Why go back to school? That’s just a detour," Yan Huan complained.
"Isn’t it just to attend a concert? It won’t delay you," Yan Ye said calmly, yet insisting on his original intention.
An Hao didn’t want to cause any unhappiness between the siblings because of her, so she said, "I was actually planning to go to the library. If you drop me off on that street ahead, I can buy a pair of shoes and walk there."
Before Yan Ye could speak, Yan Huan quickly said, "That would be perfect."
Seeing An Hao say this, Yan Ye didn’t insist any further and dropped her off on the street ahead.
An Hao went into the shoe store to buy shoes, and after some thought, Yan Ye followed her in.
"Yan Ye... are you out of your mind!" Yan Huan cursed angrily, sitting alone in the car and sulking.
An Hao quickly bought the shoes and was about to leave when she turned her head and saw Yan Ye: "Mr. Yan, what brings you here?"
Yan Ye looked at An Hao, pondered for a moment, and then said, "Do you have a moment? I have something to tell you."
"Of course," An Hao nodded repeatedly, "Mr. Yan, go ahead."
Yan Ye organized his thoughts and said succinctly, "An Hao, go back and ask Qin Jian. Before he met you, did he have a first love?"
"What?" An Hao was taken aback by the question.
A first love? How could Qin Jian have one?
In both her past life and this one, Qin Jian had told her that she was his only one.
The only woman who had ever moved his heart!
Seeing that she hadn’t understood, Yan Ye continued, "Someone sent a letter to Qin Jian. Have you seen it?"
"I have. Someone sent Qin Jian a letter on our wedding day. There was nothing inside but a bright red maple leaf." This matter had genuinely baffled both her and Qin Jian.
Seeing the expression on An Hao’s face, Yan Ye knew that she definitely didn’t understand the significance of the maple leaf.

An Hao sighed deeply, pondering how to bring this hidden person into the light.
Suddenly, she heard a loud noise from the street, followed by screams: "Help! Somebody help! There’s been an accident!"
Startled, An Hao promptly ran towards the scene.
In the middle of the road, a black sedan had hit a young man, blood was everywhere, and the man was continuously spitting blood from his mouth.
A large crowd had gathered around to watch, but no one knew what to do.
The driver who had hit the man was petrified, his face as pale as ash. Having spent a lot of money on his new car, if the man died, his business for the next few years would be ruined.
"Make way, everybody make way. I’m a doctor." A familiar voice came from behind, and An Hao turned her head to see Yan Ye pushing through the crowd and walking in.
