Seeing her mother-in-law’s pallor, An Hao knew she must be fuming inside.

So, she softened her expression and said to An Hao, "I’m not angry at you! I’m angry at the bastard at the school who, knowing full well that you’re married, still clings to you! It’s outrageous! And he even threw down a what? A challenge? What right or grounds does he have to challenge Qin Jian to a duel?"
"Exactly!" Ning Yibin exclaimed in anger after reading the ’challenge’ ― every word and phrase brimming with provocation towards his son and desire for his daughter-in-law.

"Old Ning! Aren’t you on good terms with the principal of An Hao’s school? Give him a call! Have that boy expelled!" Zhang Yun was incensed beyond measure.

"Enough! Why throw a tantrum in your own home? I’ll call the principal right away." Saying this, Ning Yibin dialed the principal’s number.
A half-hour-long communication ensued!
After hanging up, Ning Yibin shook his head and dryly smiled, "Zhang Yun, do you know who that kid is?"
"How would I know?" After saying this, Zhang Yun paused and then asked, "You make it sound boy has a background?"
"Do you remember Cheng Nanfang?" Ning Yibin inquired.
"That name sounds familiar!" But for the moment, she couldn’t recall where she had heard it before.
"Have you forgotten? After you gave birth to Qin Jian and returned to the city, he and his newlywed wife came to visit you."
With Ning Yibin’s reminder, Zhang Yun faintly remembered such an incident, "Cheng Nanfang and you are war comrades!"
"Right. He had just gotten married when we had Qin Jian. Originally, we were in the same regiment, but due to reorganization, he transferred to the Nanji Military Region. We ran into him at a meeting in the capital recently. He is now the Commander of the Nanji Military Region," Ning Yibin recounted.
"And this Cheng Yue, he’s his son?"
"Then it’s easy, call Cheng Nanfang! Tell him to discipline his son properly," Zhang Yun said, still seething.
"How come he hasn’t disciplined his son?" Ning Yibin waved his hand, his expression much calmer, "That son of his isn’t easy to deal with!"
