Wang Erzhu shook his head: "No success!"
"Then what? Should I go back and have my mom prepare some more red envelopes?" Qin Fen tentatively asked.
Wang Erzhu really thought Qin Fen was a bit dense: "Qin Fen, can’t you see that your mother-in-law is just deliberately making things difficult for you?"
"Difficult or not, I can’t just not marry her!" He had already performed ninety-nine bows, just short of completing the ritual. How could he be left kneeling halfway?
Even Qin Fen’s buddies felt it was unacceptable: "Big Fen, what’s the deal with your mother-in-law? She’s practically extorting you on your wedding day, isn’t she?"

"Qin Fen, don’t say anything else, just prepare the red envelopes..." The voice of Song Yueqin came through once again.
"Oh my goodness! My quick temper! This is infuriating!" Qin Fen’s pals were furious; if it were them, they’d simply walk away from a woman .

Qin Fen clenched his fists and turned to look at Wang Erzhu: "Uncle Wang, I’ve decided to force the door!"
"Alright!" Wang Erzhu was also annoyed.
Haven’t seen such vexing and unreasonable people at anybody else’s wedding.
If the Song Family didn’t know how to behave themselves, then he would not hold back either.

The young guys had all been secretly gathering their strength, and as soon as the count finished, they slammed into the door!
If they couldn’t break the door, they’d kick it!
The young men were strong and it didn’t take long for them to kick the door open, sending the relatives who had been blocking it sprawling all over the place.
"Ouch! Is this how you marry off a bride?"
Qin Fen had been stewing with anger and paid no attention to the Song Family’s relatives; he simply pulled Song Yueqin off the kang bed and carried her out on his back.
Qin Fen’s friends blocked the way behind them.
After a Herculean effort, Qin Fen finally got Song Yueqin out, placed her on the bicycle, and off they went!
He didn’t even glance at his mother-in-law and father-in-law on the way out.
