No matter what Yan Huan’s reasons were, she had helped An Hao, which made An Hao feel very grateful and added to her favorable impression of Yan Huan.
"Thank you, Yan Huan!" she said sincerely.
"No need to thank me, just hurry up and go! Stop hitting him; you’re not his match! If you annoy him, in the end, it will be you who suffer," Yan Huan reminded her.
"Okay. I understand," An Hao quickly called out to Gu Shuangshuang, Lei Linxuan, and Zhang Juan, "Let’s go! This place is too chaotic; if we stay much longer, I’m afraid the trouble will get even bigger."
Hearing An Hao say this, Gu Shuangshuang also stopped. She shook her numb hand that had been hitting someone.
So, the four of them quickly changed their shoes and left the skating rink.

"How about this, I’ll treat you to Yangchun noodles and sweet and sour ribs to celebrate Lin Xuan joining the research group! And, I’ll treat everyone to calm their nerves."
"No objections, let’s go!" An Hao raised her hand in agreement, and the group of four set off for the small noodle shop near the school’s entrance.

An Hao and the others may have left, but Yan Huan wasn’t so lucky.
After kicking Wang Jiu, she didn’t plan to continue skating either. She was just changing her shoes, intending to leave, when she realized she had been noticed as soon as she left the rink.
Wang Jiu called over five or six others to follow Yan Huan. After turning down a street and seeing few people around, Wang Jiu signalled his followers to surround her.
"Wow, I’ve found out today that pretty chicks love to meddle," Wang Jiu said with a cigarette dangling from his mouth, circling Yan Huan and sizing her up, "Today, you let go of the chick I had my eyes on. How do you plan to compensate for this loss?"
Yan Huan glanced at the group and knew that the little bit of fighting skill she had learned in the military was no match for them; she probably couldn’t beat them at all.
"What do you want to do?" Yan Huan stalled while looking for a chance to escape.
"Isn’t it obvious? Since you let go of Overlord’s chick, you’ll have to replace those two and accompany our Overlord," Wang Jiu said, meaning every word.
Yan Huan, with a fierce look, stared at him: "Fine! I’ll tell you who I am. You’d better weigh whether you can handle the consequences before you act."
"Oh, so you have quite a background, huh!?" Wang Jiu took a drag from his cigarette and said, "Go on, tell me, what’s your background?"
"I am the daughter of the Deputy Commander of the Northern Military Region! If you dare to hurt even a finger on me, I guarantee you will die a very ugly death," Yan Huan said through gritted teeth.
"If you’re the daughter of the Deputy Commander of the Northern Military Region, then I’m the Deputy Commander!" Wang Jiu threw his head back and laughed heartily, then beckoned to Yan Huan with a curl of his finger, "Come on, girl, come and take care of your dad!"
"You bastard!" Yan Huan’s expression changed, and she swung her handbag, hitting Wang Jiu on the head.
"Damn it! Today I’m gonna be hit by women all day long!" Wang Jiu yelled angrily, "Grab her for me. I won’t be able to swallow this humiliation without getting a taste."
