Seeing the playful twinkle present in his brother’s eyes again, Ye Mo felt his ears heat up too.
He coughed, “I’ll go ask Yang whether he agrees.”
“You don’t have to. He will!” Ye Liu said mischievously.

And so, Ye Liu ate his meal victoriously. There really was no need to ask.
At night, after Ye Mo had bathed, he hurriedly went upstairs, but Liu Duo was already asleep by then.
Deflated, he blew out the oil lamp and got into bed. He tried to wake her, “Dear, wake up…”
