Watching Chen Shuo walking toward them, Zhou Junming, worried the other party would tattle, had no choice but to grit his teeth and say, “Sorry!” Then he scuttled off to take the last seat on the bus.
Seeing the other’s stifled expression, Shen Zhaozhao felt incredibly refreshed, her frustration from being trapped in the training camp for a month instantly dissipated.
However, the thought of the half-spent holiday soon dampened her spirits again.
Noticing her downcast face, Sheng Chuyi handed her his trophy and said, “This is for you.”
“For me? Why?” Shen Zhaozhao looked at him, puzzled.
She didn’t understand why Chuyi would give her his trophy.
Sheng Chuyi said, “Let’s trade, aren’t you unhappy?”
He thought she was upset because she only got third place.
“I’m not upset because of that,” Shen Zhaozhao said. “But, I’ll take the trophy!”
She happily took Sheng Chuyi’s trophy and then handed him her third-place trophy in return.
The two exchanged trophies under everyone’s watchful eyes.
Having swapped things with each other since childhood, Shen Zhaozhao didn’t find anything amiss about it.
However, Xu Siyan was looking at them strangely. “You two are weird, it’s like you’re in a relationship!”
“Of course not, what are you thinking?” Shen Zhaozhao instinctively denied it aloud.
Her and Sheng Chuyi in a relationship, how could that be possible?
“Alright, everyone, check if we’re all here. Once we’re accounted for, we’ll prepare to head back,” Chen Shuo came over and announced to everyone.
Sheng Chuyi looked at his phone for a moment and said to Chen Shuo, “Coach, can we stay a little bit longer?” Mr. Sheng had specifically prepared a new phone for his son for this Olympic Mathematics training camp trip.
He had expressly told him to take good care of Shen Zhaozhao and to contact family with the phone if anything came up.

Sheng Chuyi said, “I want to buy some gifts to take back for dad and mom, just wait a moment for me.”
Chen Shuo hadn’t thought of that, realizing he wasn’t as thoughtful as a child.
“Alright, but don’t go far, just look around here. I’ll give you half an hour, and you must be back here after half an hour.”
“Understood,” he replied.
Then he turned to Shen Zhaozhao, “Let’s go!”
“Oh!” Shen Zhaozhao really thought he was going to buy gifts, but then she saw Sheng Chuyi just standing still at the gate.
Just as she was about to ask him, a deliveryman approached them and after observing them for a while, said, “Your delivery?”
“Delivery?” Shen Zhaozhao blinked.
“No…” She was about to shake her head when she heard Sheng Chuyi’s voice speak up, “Give it to me?”
The deliveryman handed the delivery to Sheng Chuyi and then hurried off to his next delivery.
“Was it really you who ordered this?”
Shen Zhaozhao curiously looked at the bag in his hand. “What did you order?”
Sheng Chuyi directly handed the takeout bag to Shen Zhaozhao.
When Shen Zhaozhao opened it, she found a bunch of snacks inside.
Shen Zhaozhao’s eyes brightened, and she excitedly hugged the snack bag, “You bought snacks? Are these for Uncle Sheng and Aunt Suxin to take back? Can I eat one first?”
“Yes!” Sheng Chuyi nodded.
Shen Zhaozhao couldn’t wait to pick up a piece and put it in her mouth. “Mmm, so tasty!”
“Let’s go!” Sheng Chuyi glanced at her, then turned around.
