“What happened?” Qin Suxin immediately asked with concern when she saw Sheng Chuyi hop in on one foot, supporting Shen Zhaozhao.

“It’s not Yiyi’s fault; it was all my carelessness,” Shen Zhaozhao said.
Sheng Chuyi pursed his lips, didn’t speak, but after helping her sit on the sofa, he went to get the first aid kit from the room and said to her, “Let’s apply this medicine.”
“Oh!” Shen Zhaozhao settled down and carefully lifted her trouser leg to reveal the wound on her knee.
Sheng Chuyi squatted in front of her, looked at her, and said, “It’s going to hurt a bit, so bear with me.” The next second, he dabbed the iodine-soaked cotton swab on her knee.
The chill of the medicine felt like a needle prick when it touched the wound.

“Would you like to do it yourself?” Sheng Chuyi offered the medicine and the cotton swab to her.
Shen Zhaozhao looked at her wound, decided she couldn’t do it, and said, “You do it, but remember to be gentle.”
Sheng Chuyi didn’t say anything, continued to apply the medication, but his movements were noticeably gentler.
Finally, after finishing the application, Shen Zhaozhao looked at her knee and worriedly said, “Will it leave a scar? It won’t look good when wearing dresses, will it?”

Just as she finished speaking, Qin Suxin walked out from the bathroom.

Sheng Chuyi frowned and said to Shen Zhaozhao, “I’ll accompany my mom to the hospital. You be careful at home by yourself.”
