If looks could kill, Sheng Ning’an was convinced that she would be dead by now.

Chen Zhe felt frustrated by Sheng Ning’an twice in a row; her mere sight made him wish he could kill someone, yet he knew well enough that he couldn’t do anything to her.
He also had a bad feeling that if he stayed any longer, that girl might say something detrimental to him.
"Eh? What’s wrong with you?" The person beside him asked, puzzled. He then looked towards Sheng Ning’an and her company, "Junior, the person you were just talking about, is that our Azhe? What did Azhe do to provoke you?"
Her table mate glared in Chen Zhe’s direction and said, "You should ask him that question. Whatever he did, he knows best."
The guy, upon hearing this, smiled and looked towards Chen Zhe, "So Azhe, what exactly did you do? You’ve got the girl so worked up; she seems to have quite an issue with you."
"I already said I don’t know her. Aren’t you being annoying?" Chen Zhe suddenly snapped, startling the other party.
Taken aback for a moment, the other person asked, "I was just joking. Why did you suddenly get so angry?"
Chen Zhe soon realized his reaction was overblown and took a deep breath, "It’s nothing." He then turned to the direction of Sheng Ning’an’s table mate and said, "Junior, please be mindful of your words. I don’t know you at all, and I have no idea why you’re speaking so ill of me. If I have unintentionally offended you in any way, I apologize, but I really don’t recognize you and believe I’ve done nothing to offend you. Please be decent in your speech in the future."
The other person carried themselves with a sense of righteousness, as if it were Sheng Ning’an and her company who were being unreasonable.
Her table mate felt even more disgusted by his hypocrisy.
Indeed, he had never wronged her personally; the only person he had wronged was An’an.
