Ning An tugged at her lips, she was actually not good at chatting with strangers.

After entering through the VIP lane, the flight attendant led them to their seats.

In a drowsy state, she felt someone adding a blanket over her.
Ning An didn’t open her eyes and soon fell back into a deep sleep.
When she woke up, it was two hours later, and by then the plane had already taken off. There were sounds of cartoons playing in the cabin, along with the voices of the young couple talking.
Ning An removed her eye mask and headphones and sat up.
"Awake?" Weiran looked over at her from the side.
"Do you want something to drink?"
Weiran immediately closed the book in his hands, signaled the flight attendant, and ordered her a cup of coffee.
"Why didn’t you sleep?" Ning An glanced at the English book in Weiran’s hand, unable to understand it.
"Don’t feel like sleeping yet!" Weiran explained.
He usually didn’t nap during the day; it was hard for him to fall asleep at this hour.
Ning An said, "Even if you can’t sleep, you should try. We have more than ten hours on the flight; it’s the perfect time to adjust to the time difference."
"Got it, I’ll sleep in a bit!" Weiran said.
Ning An decided not to continue on the topic. After finishing her coffee and playing with her phone for a while, she lay down again to continue sleeping.
This time, Ning An was awakened by the turbulence of the aircraft.
She removed her eye mask, sat up from her seat, and could distinctly feel the plane shaking.
Weiran immediately took her hand and said, "Don’t be afraid! Planes often encounter strong air currents in high altitudes; turbulence is normal and will pass soon."
Sure enough, the next second, the flight attendant’s voice came through the intercom, "Ladies and gentlemen, our flight is experiencing unstable air currents. Even the small child in the row ahead could feel the tense atmosphere in the cabin and started crying loudly.
