Qin Suxin entered with her granddaughter and pointing at a girl sitting in the corner, she said to Sheng Ning’an, "That’s the girl I’ve introduced to your Young Uncle, what do you think?"
Sheng Ning’an looked shocked.
Her grandmother had actually arranged a blind date for her Young Uncle, and she hadn’t leaked a word about it beforehand!!!

"Would that really work?" Sheng Ning’an felt it was so unreliable.
"It has to work!" the old lady declared decisively.
Knowing her younger son’s nature, waiting for him to find a girlfriend by himself was likely hopeless till the day she closed her eyes forever.
If he wasn’t proactive, then it was up to her, as his mother, to make the arrangements.
Whether it would work or not, they had to try to find out.
Sheng Ning’an considered whether to secretly tip off her Young Uncle to prepare him, but she feared ruining her grandmother’s plan.
In this household, the person who cherished her the most was her grandmother. Even though Young Uncle cared for her too, he still fell a little short compared to Grandma.
The scales of family affection ultimately tipped in the grandmother’s favor.
The grandmother, leading Sheng Ning’an, walked towards the girl’s seat.
Sheng Ning’an was just there to tag along, and since she was convinced her grandma’s efforts would be in vain, she started to eat and drink as soon as she sat down.

Sheng Yeli, being the smart man he was, guessed the old lady’s intentions when he saw Qin Suxin sitting across from a familiar aunt and a strange girl.
However, he said nothing at the time and turned to Sheng Ning’an in the corner, and said, "Sheng Ning’an, help your grandmother get back home."
Caught off-guard when called out, Sheng Ning’an looked up and gave him a pleading smile, "Well, since we are here already, Young Uncle, could you sit down and have a coffee?"
"Exactly, what’s the rush?" The grandmother also gave her younger son a sharp glance, "Didn’t you see there’s someone else here? Let me introduce you, that’s your Aunt Huang, who you’ve met before. Next to her is Aunt Huang’s niece, who just got admitted to Jing University as a graduate student this year. She’s practically your alumna, sit down and chat with her."
Sheng Yeli said, "I have a lot of things to take care of at the research institute. If you two are not in a hurry, you could have my dad or brother come to pick you up."
He then turned to leave.
"Get back here." The old lady, clearly upset that the young man showed her no respect, glared fiercely at him and said, "Then go settle the bill."
Sheng Yeli, without further ado, headed to the front desk.
