She had just woken up, eyes slightly red at the corners, her voice carrying a hint of hoarseness.
Xu Weiran smiled and said, "I’ve been back for a while. Are you hungry? Wash up and we can eat."
Sheng Ning’an got off the couch, took a glance at the dishes on the table, all of which were her favorites.
"You’ve worked hard!" She turned around and gave Xu Weiran a rewarding hug.
"Why didn’t you go to bed just now?" Xu Weiran lowered his head to look at her in his arms. Although she was awake, her face still showed evident signs of fatigue.
"I just accidentally fell asleep."
Speaking of this, Sheng Ning’an couldn’t help but raise her head and give Xu Weiran an accusatory glance: "It’s all your fault!"
If it weren’t for someone’s lack of restraint last night, she wouldn’t have been this tired.
