“Ham, don’t worry.”
Ham turned his head and immediately noticed that Nick is walking towards him. “Nothing will happen, it’s not a really big storm. This rain will end soon.”

“Dad, do you often meet this kind of weather at sea?”

Looking at his father’s relaxed face, Ham gradually relaxed.

He suddenly looked at the raging sea with wide eyes, seemingly wanting to see something.
When the thunder illuminated the sky, he saw a shadow in the sea but now that he tried to look for it again, it disappeared.
Just as he looked confused, another lightning flashed.
The scene outside the window cleared up.
Ham’s mind suddenly blanked
“What is that?”
He stared out of the window with wide eyes, feeling like his heart is pinched by someone, he couldn’t even breathe.
His body that had just relaxed, tensed again.
In the boundless dark water, raging waves impacted their boat. A giant shadow suddenly appeared on the water before entering it again.
Due to the illumination of the thunder, he saw a large creature covered in scales. The shape of these scales is very weird, and all of them are inky back. Not at all like a fish, more like a horrible …
“Python?”
Ham swallowed his spit. He couldn’t help but wonder why is there a python in the sea, and still such a large one.
Sea monster.
These two words suddenly popped in his mind.
At the same time, he suddenly remembered the shadow he saw near the trench while searching for treasures, a few days ago. The blurry shadow at that time suddenly became very clear.
“It’s that monster!”
While Ham was horrified, The python jumped out of the water again. This time, he could see its huge head.
Its huge head is almost one meter wide, just looking at it caused Ham legs to get soft. He was shivering fiercely and his heart was filled with coldness.
“Dad! Dad!! Dad!!!”
Ham yelled anxiously, causing Nick, who sitting on the other side to look at him strangely.
“What’s wrong Ham?”
“Dad!”
Ham pointed at the window, “Sea monster! I saw a sea monster!”
“It’s the one I saw in the trench, It came over here!. I saw it near our boat.”
While saying this, he looked at nick with a horrified face and trembling legs.
Hearing his son’s words, Nick was confused at first, but then remembered what his son told him the night before the journey.
Ham said that he saw a monster in the trench?
Nick laughed. He thought that Ham was just hallucinating due to being too nervous. Who didn’t see illusions of “Monsters” when he was a child?
But in the end, it’s just an illusion.
Anyway, people “see” monster only when they are in their childhood. Once they’re grown up, forced by the pressure of reality, they will stop “seeing” those monsters. Even himself passed through this period.
“Ham, don’t be nervous.”
Nick tried calming down Ham first, then turned around and looked out of the window

“No, Dad, there is really a monster beside our fishing boat.”

He dared to swear this time that he was absolutely not lying, he really saw a monster in the water!
Seeing his son fearful look, Nick’s became serious, looking very solemn. Just as Ham though that his father has believed him, Nick suddenly smiled again.
“Well, you can drink another glass of orange juice.”
“Dad!!!!”
Ham yelled desperately, and Nick patted Ham’s shoulder with a smile. “Well, go to sleep. Hope our fishing nets can catch enough …”
Nick couldn’t finish his words as the boat started rocking violently.
“AHHH!”
“what happened!!!”
Two screams sounded at the same time, both Nick and Ham’s bodies shook fiercely, almost falling to the ground.
