Chapter 228: Chapter 225: He Has a Disability Certificate
Under the glaring sun.
Two police officers and one tall, imposing man approached together.
Wen Xian raised her hand to shield the sunlight and looked at the man coming against the light, seemingly surprised by his appearance.
Wasn’t he supposed to be looking for Lu Jiao?
“Hello, Miss Wen, we are very grateful for your help in capturing the suspect!”
After Wen Xian handed over Fang Zhi’s cell phone and other evidence to the police, one officer sincerely thanked her.
Wen Xian’s expression turned slightly unnatural, she smiled faintly and waved her hand:
“It’s okay, just take this woman away. It’s unfortunate to think she worked in a public institution and turned out to be such a cruel person.”
“Rest assured, this matter has already garnered the high attention of our Qinghai Province animal protection agency, and we will investigate and deal with it strictly!”
The officer said and walked directly over to the disheveled Fang Zhi, handcuffing her wrists.
However, seeing her bruised and swollen face, he paused and hesitated before asking:
“Miss Wen, do you know who caused the injuries on this suspect’s body…”
As soon as these words came out, Fang Zhi glared at Wen Xian with a chilling gaze and said with some difficulty breathing, “It was her, she maliciously wounded me!”
To that, the officer immediately scolded, “Nonsense! How could such a fragile woman like Miss Wen cause you to look ?”
Fang Zhi was suddenly taken aback.
When everyone looked at Wen Xian, they saw her standing there with the demeanor of a delicate woman, partially hiding behind Captain Lu, looking at them bewildered and innocent.

During those seconds, everything seemed so long and excruciating when suddenly the voice of a woman, smiling, came through:
“What’s the situation, Captain Lu? You even have a disability certificate? I’ve never heard you mention it.”
Wen Xian stood opposite him, arms crossed, a slight smile on her lips, her gaze unblinking, staring at him.
His cold, handsome face showed no emotion, except those dark, cold eyes, which now seemed to have a hazy tinge.
Making everything deep within his eyes impenetrable, inscrutable.
He just looked at her.
When he spoke again, with a faint hum through his nostrils, he said, “I have.”
