When the effect ended, the boosted Magicule would dissipate.
But while active, Damien's combat power would be terrifying.

Damien reached out, patting Sakura's head.
Without hesitation, she dove into his arms, nuzzling affectionately.

Illya watched, her eyes tinged with envy.
Learning from her mother about her father's abandonment, Illya was still grappling with pain and sorrow.
Thankfully, her mother was there for her.
Otherwise, Illya didn't know how she'd cope with the despair.
"You're Illya, right?"
"Nice to meet you. I'm Damien."
He crouched to meet Illya's gaze. "You can live in the castle as usual."
"If you get bored, you can come play in town."
Damien planned to make Einzbern Castle the Soul Guild's headquarters within the Void Ark.
The Void Ark would become his palace, accessible only to monsters he'd named.
Einzbern Castle's elegance perfectly suited his vision for a palace.
It just needed some renovations and expansion.
Violet would handle that.
Ugh…
Am I being too lazy, relying on Violet for everything?
The thought flickered, but Damien brushed it aside. What's this about relying? Violet and I are one and the same. Her work is my work!

Slacking was fine.
