Yun Qiluo had been to his room before, and unlike last time when she was cautious, this time she entered with familiarity and headed straight to the big bed.
The darkness inside the room didn’t hinder her vision or intuition.
Yan Yan watched her small figure nimbly climb onto his bed and nestle into the same corner as last time.
She pulled the quilt over herself smoothly in one motion.
Then comfortably snuggled against his pillow.
Her big eyes blinked in the darkness as she softly said, "Beautiful woman, good night."
Not a hint of hesitation, as if it were her own room.
Lately, he really had been spoiling her, hadn’t he? Her boldness seemed to have grown.
Yet, for some reason, he couldn’t even muster a hint of anger.
Instead, a trace of helplessness flickered through his eyes as he pulled back the quilt and lay down again.
Yun Qiluo, just like last time, curled up into a small ball, lying on her side in the corner.
A pair of beautiful, clear eyes stared straight at him in the darkness.
Except, this time she didn’t reach out to tightly grasp his shirt’s hem.
Yan Yan initially thought she came to find him out of fear.
Yet the thunder outside rumbled on for quite a while, each sound more deafening than the last.
The young girl still lay there motionless, showing no signs of fear.
In fact, amidst the thunderstorm, she even contentedly rubbed against the pillow, then closed her eyes, planning to fall asleep.
Indeed, the beautiful woman’s bed is so comfortable.
It carries that nice scent from him.
Making her feel especially at ease.
And his quilt is so warm, completely different from her own room.

Watching her look all tangled and even puffing her cheeks a little, her eyes darting around like a little milk kitten.
Something seemed to collapse soft and tender inside Yan Yanxin’s heart.
His eyes were shadowed as he reached out and pinched her soft little face.
Earlier in the living room he hadn’t pinched it enough, just right, this little thing delivered herself over.
Did she really think his bed was that easy to climb onto?
