All Destiny People were converging on the edge of the infected area, looking back towards the city center.
Their expressions sank slightly.
"The battle has begun!"
Every person glanced at their wristwatch, which displayed the resources they possessed, along with a map.
They were carrying the last of their resources, determined to hold out until the final exit door opened.
"This is the path that our predecessors have desperately carved out for us to survive."
Someone spoke in a grave voice.
"We must not let their efforts go to waste!"
And at the same time,
His communicator trembled slightly, receiving a message.
It was a message from the Demigods.
His expression turned solemn.
"Prepare for battle."
"The Venerables are coming after us."
"Their goal is the same as ours, to leave this place, except they want to... eliminate us before departing."

This was an unavoidable threat.
If they wanted to survive this battle, it was impossible to avoid these people.

The Destiny People looked towards them, their expressions shifting from surprise to joy.

Four or five Hunters burst out, looking somewhat confused, as if they had lost their target, turning their heads back toward the infected area.
"Is that it?" The Destiny People were momentarily stunned.
A massive wave of monsters howled out from the infected area, accompanied by frenzied roars and a dense barrage of impacts!
They surged directly from the other side of the infected area!
"This infected area is soundproof too!"
Initially, they couldn’t see through the green mist, and coupled with the soundproofing effect, by the time they saw the terrifying wave of monsters,
