"Where is Sir Reinhardt?" Having finished her food, she questioned the maid.
"Ah... Eh.. I think Lord Reinhardt usually attends meetings by now~" Mish,a a maid in training, fumbled on her words.
Eleanor’s eyes dimmed a little after knowing that she could not meet him. "By the way, did he leave any instructions for me?"
"Y-Yesh, he said that you need to go with the headmaid for shopping and get yourselves some new clothes".

While she moved to the new city, she did not bring anything or even a change of clothes with her. At this moment, she was lacking the basic necessary items to live her daily life. Starting from her underwears to shoes, to toothbrush, towel... she lacked many things.

"No worries, Lord Reinhardt told me to let you buy whatever you want. So you can pick any clothing of your choice here".
Really, that man, was he doing this unwittingly or was he trying to impress her? How could any woman resist his charms if he takes her shopping and fulfills every wish of hers?
By the time Eleanor was finished picking out all the clothes she liked, it made a huge pile behind her.
"Did I go overboard?" Eleanor smiled helplessly. It was normal for her when she used to be an actress and earn a lot. However, now she was a pauper with only 3,000 gold coins to her name, and that too was gifted to her.
"Lord Reinhardt said that he will foot the bill, so you don’t have to worry," Anastasia reassured.
"More than that, he dislikes people who hesitate too much. You should pick up everything you like".
Nodding her head in understanding, Eleanor smiled. "I think this much should be enough for now".
"In that case, I will have a servant pick them up later. Let’s go, there are other things that you need to buy".
"Other things?"
"Yes, women’s things". At those words, she quickly realised what the maid was talking about and nodded her head, albeit a little shyly.
By the time, they were truly done shopping, it was already evening. Inside the Governor’s personal carriage, the two ladies sat facing each other. Anastasia gave Eleanor a tour of the city as she mentioned the various areas the city was developing.
"Lord Reinhardt completely changed the map of the city. You would not even believe it is the same city if you had seen the condition it was in when under Baron Chetak’s rule."
There was pride in the maid’s tone as she told him about all of his accomplishments after coming to the city. While listening to such stories, they came across a huge building with a unique design that made one marvel at its architecture.
"What is that?" Eleanor pointed out.
"That is..." She thought for a moment before speaking in a mysterious tone. "It is a very fun place that will open soon. Of course, Miss Eleanor would know it better than me after all, you are going to become its manager soon".
At that instant, she realized what the maid was hinting at.
"I see; however, I must say that the camouflage is perfect. Nobody would know what the building really is for until one experiences the world themselves".
Eleanor knew about it because her friend Melissa who drew up the plan, told her about it. That said, how did the maid come to know of it?
As their carriage stopped in front of the mansion, her eyes inadvertently went towards a beautiful woman with excellent curves and a slightly sultry clothing, coming out of the mansion.
Seeing that it was a face she hadn’t seen in the mansion this morning, Eleanor couldn’t help but ask.
"Who is she?" Anastasia’s eyes looked at the person in the distance before smiling with a knowing expression.
"She is a knight in training and the wife of a former village chief. She must have come here to receive her treatment".
Eleanor had the urge to ask what kind of treatment she was receiving wearing that dress, but in the end, she didn’t. At this moment, she realised her knight in shinning armor was quite the playboy and had numerous woman including her friend, around him.
Do I even have a chance? With so many beautiful women vying over him, making Reinhardt fall for her was going to be an incredibly monumental task.
Now that she thought about it, even this headmaid with a pretty face and a lewd body must have some kind of relationship with her knight. Or else, given her station, she shouldn’t be aware of an establishment whose existence was only known to a few people.
