“Though Niannian lost, she was up there for 20 minutes. She did far better than everyone else who challenged them.”
Then, she gave Qiao Qing a look and pointed at everyone, “Not like some people here who don’t even know Go and don’t dare to go up... As her friend, you have the guts to laugh at Niannian?”
Luo Chen cursed, “Who are you accusing? Did Qingqing ever do anything to you? Why do you target her with everything?”
“Are you blind? Do you not know how Qiao Nian lasted that 20 minutes? Every time the opponent made a move, she needed 5 to 6 minutes to think. She lost within 10 rounds. She did far worse than Su Qi, okay?”
“Stop.” Yang Lianfeng saw that nobody else was going up there to challenge the three so he tentatively asked, “Is there anyone else from our class who wants to go?”

After the lesson from Qiao Nian, nobody dared to cheer too loud. However, everyone was still hopeful.
After Jiang Yi lost to the first guy, the amount of sighing increased.
Next, it was Qi Rui from class 8, a bunch of honor students from the Eighth High School, and some people led by Si Yu from Nanying High School.
Everyone here, without exception, lost to Zhang Liang. Nobody even got to challenge the second guy.

When everyone saw Ye Fan and reacted like they saw their saving grace.
Someone grabbed onto him and shoved him forward, “We have placed all our hope on you. You have to defeat those three people and help us win one!”
