She couldn’t find a reason as to why she was feeling this way. However, she did quicken her steps.
When they reached the top floor, Li Qian glanced between the two available doors and asked, “Auntie, which room are they in?”
Qin Yongmei said, “I don’t know really. Let’s knock and see.”
Then, she walked up to the left door and knocked, “Niannian? Niannian? Time to get up!”
As she knocked, the door opened from the inside, revealing Feng Heng’s handsome face, “Something up?”
Qin Yongmei froze, could it be that Xu Yingying mixed up Young Master Jun and Sect Leader Feng?
But, even if it was Sect Leader Feng, it was still good.
So she grinned and asked, “Sect Leader Feng, is Niannian up yet?”
Feng Heng’s eyes showed a sign of exasperation, “How would I know?”
Qin Yongmei was startled but she asked courageously, “Wasn’t Niannian with you last night?”

Qin Yongmei dubiously peeked her head inside, trying to find any trace of evidence to prove her daughter was there.

Qin Yongmei was granted permission so she hurriedly went in with Li Qian.
Feng Heng exclaimed over how nice he was being today.
If it weren’t for Qingqing, he would’ve kicked those two till they were on their asses.
Just then, Qi Feng arrived, “Sect Leader, Mr. Fei Qi is waiting for you.”
Feng Heng glanced at his watch and walked towards the elevator, “After those two leave, tell the maids to disinfect the entire place. I will need all the furniture replaced.”

Qin Yongmei and Li Qian searched every corner, even the bathroom, but they found no sign of Qiao Nian.
Disappointed, they left the room. When they saw Qi Feng there, they asked, “Where’s the Sect Leader?”
Qi Feng looked at Qin Yongmei with much disdain, “I have to tell you where my Sect Leader is just because you asked?”
Qin Yongmei was stifled so she didn’t persist. Instead, she knocked on the neighboring door.

A foreign-looking man with blond hair and a beard walked out. With a heavy accent, he said, “Old woman, don’t you let people sleep? It’s so early in the morning.”
Qin Yongmei froze and quickly apologized. She turned around and saw a bunch of people in uniform walk into the other room. All of them were holding disinfectant solutions and wipes.
She couldn’t help but ask, “What are they doing?”
Qi Feng glared at her, “Two cockroaches just walked into my Sect Leader’s private suite. To ensure he doesn’t get any allergic reactions to the cockroaches, we must disinfect and sterilize the whole place.”
