Nobody here was a fool. They thought about it and decided that it was ridiculous for Qiao Qing to bring a mini camera here to take secret photos of Yi Qinghan.
Yi Qinghan’s words were a slap in the face for Dai Yixin and Lan Xu. He completely ended the false rumor that Qiao Qing was an obsessive fan.
Just then, someone asked, “If she’s not an obsessive fan, then who brought in the camera and took those photos?”
“Yeah! If she didn’t bring the camera, who did?”
That person’s question made Lan Xu flustered.
Though she placed the camera there at the blindspot of the surveillance camera, it wasn’t necessarily 100% foolproof.
She looked over to Dai Yixin for help.
Dai Yixin was obviously smarter than her. With a stern tone and a calm face, she said, “If there’s truly an obsessive fan in this venue, then the employees here have been far too careless!”
She scolded and successfully transferred the fault to the employees. She then continued, “It’s almost time for the show to start. Let’s end this here. Even if this girl’s not an obsessive fan, she’s still just a small screenwriter. She has no right to sit here!”
She then looked over to Qiao Qing, “Can’t you see that all the executives are here? Why are you still sitting here? Do you want me to call up security?”
Just then, someone by the entrance started to clap.
Everyone looked over to the person clapping and when they recognized who it was, they stood up instantly and bowed, “VP!”
Gu Xinze made a gesture to tell them to quiet down, “Sit down. When you guys are so respectful towards me when the big boss is here, it makes me anxious.”
The celebrities and employees were confused by his words. They didn’t know the “big boss” he was referring to. Only the executives chuckled.
Gu Xinze walked straight up to the first row and stared at Dai Yixin with a fake smile, “Director Dai, you are telling everyone that the CEO has no right to sit in the front row? A little director is trying to kick the CEO out. You sure have guts.”
Gu Xinze’s words petrified Dai Yixin. In disbelief, she asked, “VP Gu, what do you mean?”
She wasn’t the only one confused. Everyone else was also confused by those words.
“You can’t understand what I’m saying? Then I’ll put it in simpler terms for you.” Gu Xinze explained, “The person sitting in front of you; the person you claimed to have no right in sitting here; the person you wanted to call security on; is Sky Entertainment’s CEO, Qiao Qing!”
His words shocked everyone present.
After he spoke, Dai Yixin retreated a few steps.
Lan Xu’s face went blank. She thought she was hallucinating.
Bai Weiwei’s expression went out of control as all the other employees and celebrities began to chat in awe.
“What did he say?? CEO? Did I hear that wrong?”
“Oh my god! Qiao Qing is the CEO? The low key and mysterious CEO of our company is an 18 year old girl? What a fantasy world we live in!”
“I must be dreaming! A 19 year old director was already shocking enough – yet Qiao Qing is a CEO at 18?!”
“Compared to our CEO, what good is the director position?”
“I finally understand what the VP was saying, of course the CEO is the big boss!”
“Oh my god! A director tried to kick out the CEO! I can laugh at that joke for 100 years!”
