By the time they arrived, there were already plenty of people inside.
Since this competition was an international one, lots of participants came from abroad.
Due to the fact that the first round was about teamwork, most teams were sent by their companies.
Of course, there were some entrepreneurs who came with their small team. Some smaller creators even came as an individual without any teammates.
At the front of the hall was a stage that was about 10m long and 3m wide.
On the stage were a row of tables. Behind the tables sat around 10 judges. Based on their appearances, they too were from different countries.
Once it was time for the official start, a graceful and formally dressed MC walked up with a mic.
“The competition hasn’t officially started yet and I already smell all sorts of fragrances. Welcome, perfumers. You are the engineers of our fashion industry. Thank you for coming to our fragrance competition.”
“I’m sure most of you are aware of the rules this year. But I will repeat them here once again.”
“We will be doing round one this morning, which includes both a team round and an individual round.”
“Our 13 judges will pick out the best performing team or individual and announce who will be going through to the second round that’s happening in the afternoon.”
“During the second round, everyone will be regarded as equal and it will be an individual competition.”
“For the individual round, everyone will be judged individually and our judges will announce the top three of the competition.”
“This year, we will ask our sponsors to grant the top three perfumers a medal, prize, and monetary award.”
“Alright, now, please, participants, send up someone from your team to make a draw. The drawing will decide the order of when your team will go up.”
Everyone then headed to the front.
Since Gong Yi was here, he represented the Gong Corporation and drew a number.
During the time he was away, Xu Lu grabbed onto Qiao QIng again, “Are you sure you don’t want to use my perfume? This is your last chance!”
Qiao Qing, “…”
So this person was chatty towards people she hated and people she liked.

Xu Pingting’s face flushed and she felt a gush of negativity.
Just then, the MC on stage announced, “Alright, everyone, you should all know the order of when you will be presenting. The judges will take it from here.”
“Perfumers, all you have to do is give the judges your perfume. There’s no need for you to explain the name of your perfume and its story.”
“Whether or not you will get to the next round will solely be based on how much the judges like your creation. During the second round, you will be asked to explain the story of your perfume. I hope everyone can accept these rules and not fight.”
“Alright, number one, please place your perfume in front of the judges and wait for them to comment.”
