Unless her last cards can somehow get her a royal flush, it was next to impossible for her to beat the opponent.
Based on the cards Qiao Qing had in her previous games, it wasn’t likely for her to be this lucky.
Plus, there were so many pairs of eyes on her throughout this game. Everyone saw that she never even took a look at her first two cards that were face down.
She didn’t even know what cards she had yet she dared to raise the bid?

Li Xiang eyed the opponent’s cards then checked out his. He had memorized his cards by now after checking so many times.
Currently, he had a flush. Unless his opponent somehow managed to get a royal flush, there was no way he could lose this game.
This was why he was confident enough to start the bid at $100M.
But when she raised it to $300M, he started to perspire.
After he debated silently for a while, he turned to ask Ming Shuo, “Uncle Ming, do I call?”
“If you give up now, you would be losing $200M. That’s not a small number by any means. When the dealer dealt out the last card, Qiao Qing had five cards face-up on the table. K of spade, 10 of spade, ace of spade, and 9 of clover.
Li Xiang sighed in relief.
As long as her first two cards were not those two particular ones, she wouldn’t lose.

Li Xiang flipped his cards over – 6 to 10 of hearts – a flush.
Qiao Qing’s lips once again curled up as she showed her hands.
When Qiao Qing showed her first card, J of spade, Li Xiang’s pupils constricted and his heart suspended in his chest.
Ming Shuo, on the other hand, tightened his fists.
Everyone else also gasped and wondered if she really got so lucky and was dealt a royal flush.
Just then, Qiao Qing picked up her last card and flipped it onto the table.
When the Q of spade was shown, both Li Xiang and Ming Shuo turned grey. Their eyes were full of disbelief.
Everyone else at the scene was silent.
“Oh my god, are my eyes doing okay? She got a royal flush?!”
“She actually got so lucky! She had such bad hands the last two rounds and for this round, when the bet is up to $500M, she got the royal flush!”
“I haven’t seen that hand in so long! When I play poker, I dream of getting the royal flush!”
“Who said she’s just an amateur? I think she’s just been hiding her skill!”
