Strangely, Jun Yexuan wasn’t waiting for her in the room. There was the sound of water running in the attached washroom.
Qiao Qing’s brows jolted up and down as she clenched onto her cellphone harder.
After she waited for a while, she turned to leave. However, the bathroom door flew open.
Qiao Qing turned to look and the image before her almost made her drop and smash her cellphone.
Jun Yexuan was half-naked. His wet hair still dripped water and the drops rolled down his chiseled face and chin.
The waterdrops continued to roll down, first over his sexy Adam’s apple, then over his smooth and lean abs, then finally, they sank into the cotton towel that was wrapped around his waist.
As she was too stunned to speak, Jun Yexuan marched towards her.
Qiao Qing’s expression got tense and she retreated without even noticing.
Jun Yexuan kept on closing in on her until she was pressed against the window. Then, he whispered into her ears seductively, “Do you want to see what I look like without underpants?”
Qiao Qing, “…????”
She thought he had gotten over that but apparently, he’s been waiting for this moment.
“Since you are not saying anything, I’ll assume that means yes.”
Jun Yexuan then started to loosen the towel around his waist.
Qiao Qing grabbed onto his hands and giggled, “There’s no…no need…”
Jun Yexuan raised an eyebrow, “Qingqing, just last night you were trying to give yourself to me. Yet today, you don’t even dare to look at me?”
The mention of that turned Qiao Qing bright red.
Qiao Qing inhaled deeply, tightened her fists, and asked, “Do you still want to?”
Jun Yexuan’s gaze turned dangerous and his voice was now coarse, “Is Qingqing willing to give it to me?”
Qiao Qing met his hungry gaze and she slowly started to exhale.
“If you want it, then I…”
Bang, bang, bang…
The knocking on the door came at an untimely moment.
Jun Yexuan frowned and cursed.
Qiao Qing silently sighed in relief and prepared to flip through the window. Jun Yexuan, however, grabbed her wrist and pushed her into the washroom.
“Don’t do such dangerous things!”
Qiao Qing, “…??”
If flipping through the window was dangerous, then what was all that ancient martial arts training good for?!
She couldn’t win against Jun Yexuan so she complied and hid in the washroom. It was as if the wife was coming in to catch the mistress.
The knocking at the door grew aggressive.
Jun Yexuan cursed and walked over after he put on a robe.
His body was for his wife’s eyes only. Not his wife’s brother.
After he opened the door, as expected, it was Mr. Qi Yusen on the other side.
Jun Yexuan crossed his arms and leaned against the door frame, “Oh my brother, you keep on knocking on my door morning and night. I’m starting to think that you’re in love with me.”
Qi Yusen’s face darkened, “Qingqing isn’t in her room right now.”
Jun Yexuan, “Brother, can you not freak out at everything? Qingqing is an adult now. We watched her enter her room. How could she get lost? Plus, did you enter her room? How do you know for sure she isn’t there?”
Qi Yusen, “I knocked and nobody answered.”
Qi Yusen continued to fend him off, “Brother, look at the time. Maybe she fell asleep and didn’t hear.”
Qi Yusen, “She sleeps light.”
Jn Yexuan, “…”
Qi Yusen, “You don’t seem worried.”
After a moment of silence, Jun Yexuan rubbed his brows, “Brother, I am extremely worried. When I’m worried, I act nervous. But when I am extremely nervous, I start to act calm.”
