Munni’s eyes did not hide the sarcasm towards Zhao Yaru, her gaze slowly swept past Zhao Yaru and fell on Zhang Chufeng’s face.
"After so many years, I suppose you don’t remember me anymore? I am the disgusting guy you once said looked like a beggar."
Her voice was cold as ice, each word tinged with biting chill.
Zhao Yaru’s face turned somewhat unsightly because of Munni’s words, but she restrained herself since Xu Yisen was sitting opposite, not wanting to show displeasure.
Zhang Chufeng was not displeased by her words, maintaining a thin smile on his face.
Zhao Yaru chuckled dryly, "Munni, what are you saying, child."
Munni ignored her and slowly turned her gaze to Xu Yisen who was sitting opposite the two.
He sat quietly in the sofa chair, exuding an aura of noble indifference.
His delicate eyebrows furrowed slightly as his gaze, complex and profound, looked at Munni.
Munni met his gaze indifferently, curling her lips in mockery, "Chairman Xu, nicely done."
After tossing this bland remark, she turned to look at Yuan Chengmo, who was already standing behind her, and smiled, "Senior, let’s go, let’s not disturb their meal."
Yuan Chengmo nodded and extended his right hand to Munni.

As time ticked away, finally after waiting for three hours, he heard the faint sound of footsteps beside him.
Yisen slowly turned his gaze, seeing Munni with her head lowered, walking slowly towards this direction.
"Munni." He parted his thin lips, softly calling Munni’s name.
The low and hoarse voice suddenly resonated in the quiet corridor, stopping Munni’s steps abruptly, her expression confused as she raised her head to look at Yisen standing at the door.
After a moment, she averted her gaze, ignoring his call completely.
