"Huh? You tucked us in?" Chu Qingxue’s lips trembled.
"Of course, you all are prettier than Chang’er, but you couldn’t sleep soundly. Your blankets were kicked to the floor. So, I kindly helped you cover up. Otherwise, you’d definitely catch a cold today!" Ye Chenfeng said.
"Do you think I’ll believe that?" Chu Qingxue calmed down and said in disbelief.
"You don’t believe me, right? Xue’xue, you were wearing off-white last night..."
Ye Chenfeng hadn’t finished speaking when Chu Qingxue interrupted him.

Just as his left foot stepped out, Lu Wanqing’s voice came again: "Ye Chenfeng, tonight I will definitely get you drunk! Then I’ll take pictures of you drunk and see how you can be so arrogant afterward. That incident is something I’m determined to hold onto!"
Lu Wanqing was referring to Ye Chenfeng making her wear maid outfits. She had planned to get him drunk and take photos as her revenge.
Though she had only mentioned getting Ye Chenfeng drunk to Chu Qingxue last night, her real motive hadn’t been revealed.

"I’m here to see if you’ve taken too much medicine!" Ye Chenfeng said.
"What medicine?" Lu Wanqing asked, trying to recall the events of last night.
"Of course, the ’Shrieking Hot Pepper Elixir!’" Ye Chenfeng said without hesitation.
