This scene was somewhat terrifying, reminiscent of a horror movie. Shooting such a scene is incredibly difficult, but a single lightning bolt effortlessly accomplished it.
Fortunately, there were many people around; otherwise, anyone alone would have surely been scared away.
Looking closely, everyone saw a blurry silhouette that somewhat resembled Ye Chenfeng.
Chu Qingxue was the first to rush out, followed closely by Lu Wanqing and the others.
The door to the balcony was open, so everyone easily entered.
Seeing Ye Chenfeng standing in the rain, Chu Qingxue’s heart sank to the bottom.
The others also stared blankly, thinking that something had happened to Ye Chenfeng.
Another flash of lightning suddenly lit up the scene, and everyone distinctly saw a few strands of gray hair at the back of Ye Chenfeng’s head; though not many, they were particularly noticeable.
Chu Qingxue shouted excitedly and nervously, but Ye Chenfeng, only a step away, did not respond at all, as if he hadn’t heard her voice.
Lu Wanqing also called out Ye Chenfeng’s name several times, but he still didn’t respond.
The three of them cautiously walked towards Ye Chenfeng, initially standing by without daring to get closer, fearing that they might disturb him and inadvertently cause harm.
When they saw Ye Chenfeng’s face, the three of them looked as if they had seen a ghost.
Rain poured down ferociously, and the man’s face was so pale it had no trace of blood, resembling a zombie. His wet hair stuck tightly to his forehead, covering his eyes.
