Hearing the bedroom door being gently closed, Lin Jiage opened his eyes in disbelief. Staring at the empty room, he blinked his eyes in disbelief.
Is he really going to leave just like that?

Through the faint sounds of footsteps, Lin Jiage could roughly tell that Shi Yao was slowly inching closer to him.

With the lesson he had just learned, Lin Jiage didn’t dare to make a move. A second after Shi Yao’s Voice Fell, his eyelashes fluttered slightly, and he slowly opened his eyes, as though someone had woken him up from a dream.

After which, he stared at Shi Yao for a moment before saying, “You’re back?” It was only then that he finally realized what was going on. Slowly, he propped up his upper body and asked, “You… are back?”
As he asked, Lin Jiage glanced out the window as if he had been asleep for a long time. Not knowing what time it was, he asked,”… What Time is it?”
“It’s almost midnight…”
“It’s so late already?”
