Before going to work today, Jian Dan had already asked the uncle for leave, mentioning that she was going to hang out with friends tonight.

Just as she stepped out of New E Media, the scene before her almost blinded her, “My goodness, who is that?” Jian Dan sarcastically remarked.
Because she heard Jian Dan’s voice, Qin Rou quickly stepped out of Zhong Tianhao’s embrace, “Jian Dan, you…”
“Oh, don’t start asking why I’m here! I’m also off work!” Jian Dan didn’t give Qin Rou a chance to finish her question.
“Jian~” Qin Rou chided cutely.
“Jian Dan, stop teasing her. Rourou is already embarrassed!” Zhong Tianhao chimed in to defend her.
“I didn’t say anything, did I? Are you already so touched?
Ah, to think I was your matchmaker! The world is indeed cold and indifferent!” Jian Dan pretended to be disappointed and shook her head.
“No, it’s not like that, Jian Dan. I’m really grateful for everything you’ve done for us!” Zhong Tianhao quickly responded, guilt written all over his face.

Seeing you two happy, I can barely contain my joy. Why would I blame you guys?”
At this point, Qin Rou also turned to Zhong Tianhao, “You really don’t understand Jian Dan at all! I really doubt whether you’ve ever dated before!”
“Must have been a fake romance!” Jian Dan laughed.
“Well, I was just in a rush and didn’t think too much!” Zhong Tianhao scratched the back of his head as he spoke.

“Tianhao, you should head back first. Once we’re done, I’ll return on my own!”
“It’ll be too late and I won’t feel at ease. Call me when you’re finished, and I’ll come pick you up!” Zhong Tianhao said softly to Qin Rou.
“I just got here and I’m already fed a mouthful of dog food; I won’t be able to eat dinner at this rate!” Yuanyuan complained as she got out of the car.
“Yuanyuan, how come you’re here?”
“Well, it’s inconvenient to hail a cab at this hour, so I came to pick you guys up.”
“Tianhao, you go back first. We’re about to leave~” Qin Rou said to Zhong Tianhao.
“Yeah! Go ahead. Don’t worry, we won’t lose your wife!” Yuanyuan quickly added.
“Then I’ll head back now!” Before leaving, he gave Qin Rou a hand gesture to mean “call me when you’re done.”
“Rou, are you guys always this clingy?” Jian Dan asked as she watched the couple’s sweet display.
“Really? Please, if your eyes were any bigger, they’d be ready to fly off with him!” Jian Dan jabbed.
“Alright, let’s hurry up and go! Otherwise, the others will start to get anxious!” Qin Rou, dragging Jian Dan and Yuanyuan, boarded the waiting cab…
