"Have you really lost your memory? You don’t remember anything? You don’t remember me?" he asked, his voice tight with anxiety.
"Who are you?" Hearing him mention her amnesia, Sienna Johnson’s voice lost its politeness and became wary.
"And who is Adrian Desmond to me?"
"Curly’s father?" Sienna Johnson finally vaguely recalled that Curly’s biological father was supposedly named Adrian Desmond.
How did he find me? What does he want?
"Yes! I’m Curly’s father!"
Sienna Johnson felt a headache coming on. Annoyed, she asked, "How did you find me?"
"Mai, I told you, even if you ran to the ends of the earth, I would find you!"
"Sienna Johnson! My name is Sienna Johnson!"
Adrian Desmond sneered. "You told me your name was Mai, a Raelnian! Sienna Johnson, you deceived me so cruelly! You played me for a complete fool!" His fists clenched, knuckles CRACKING.
"Mr. Desmond, I was in a car accident. I lost my memory of those two years, so I don’t know what happened between us. I don’t even remember what you look like. But, Mr. Desmond, I know you’re married, and I’m about to get married too. Can’t we just pretend we don’t know each other and go our separate ways?"
"Sienna Johnson!" she stated firmly, correcting him again. She hated being called Mai.
"Fine, Sienna Johnson it is!"
"Mr. Desmond, please don’t call me again. I’m very happy now. Please don’t disturb my life anymore!"
With that, Sienna Johnson hung up.
"Happy? You’re happy, but I’m not happy at all! Sienna Johnson, you think..." Adrian Desmond roared into the phone, only then realizing she had already ended the call.
He immediately tried to call back, but the damn woman had blacklisted him again. Enraged, Adrian slammed the phone to the ground, where it shattered into a pile of scrap.
"Mai, I’m not done with you!"
Walter Klein stared at his newly bought iPhone, speechless. If Adrian wanted to vent his anger, he should go after Sienna Johnson. Why take it out on his poor phone?
"Yes!" Walter Klein responded instantly, not daring to hesitate. He wouldn’t dare offend Adrian Desmond in his current state of fury.
Adrian Desmond was a man who held grudges. Whoever offended him, he’d resent for a lifetime.

"Go find out where that damn woman is right now!"
