With another leap, Yao Tang successfully landed on the soft grass. A satisfied smile slipped into her lips.
She straightened her back and swatted the dust off her knees.
However, just as she was about to walk toward the classroom, she saw a couple of unsuspecting teachers walking in her direction. In a rush, she directly climbed up the tree and sat on the highest tree branch.
Only when she had seen the teachers disappear did she finally jump down.
Just as she was about to leave, a scream broke out and a dull sound echoed across the field.

Yao Tang turned around and saw a man in his forties squatting on the ground. He clutched his backside as his face contorted in pain.
This man had obviously climbed over the wall as well.
However, his skill was probably not as good as hers. As such, he had fallen straight to the ground. He groaned in pain.
“Who are you?” She narrowed her eyes. “Why are you trying to climb over the wall?”
The old man glanced up in the direction of the voice.
There, he could see a stiff girl glaring at him.
The President of the Sports Association was stunned. He had deliberately chosen a specific time and place to sneak inside. What he didn’t expect was to be discovered.
“Don’t misunderstand,” he hurriedly said. “I don’t mean anything bad. I’m just looking for someone, that’s all.”
Yao Tang sized him up.
Seeing as she still didn’t believe him, he added, “Look at me! Do I look like someone who’d be up to no good?”
“Yes.”

“If you’re really looking for someone, why didn’t you go through the main entrance? You’re obviously hiding from the guards.”
This man was up to something.
For example, she climbed over the wall to prevent her class from losing any more points.
The middle-aged man’s face darkened. He didn’t know what to say as he rubbed the back of his neck. “Look, if your school would’ve just let me in, I wouldn’t have to go through this, okay? The school doesn’t allow any outsiders to come in.”
He added, “I even informed the principal of my predicament then, only for him to kick me out. As this matter is urgent, I could only resort to this.”
Yao Tang only looked at him coldly.
The President of the Sports Association appeared even more anxious. If she had called other people over, then what would happen to his reputation? He had to do something!
He quickly took out his card. “Look, I’ll be frank with you. I’m looking for a classmate of yours—the tennis girl who had become popular online. This is my ID.”
Originally, he didn’t want to be known.
But he wanted to protect his face.
If people were to see the President of the Sports Association on the ground clutching his backside, it would ruin the image of the Sports Association.
It would even make him lose his reputation!
Now, he had no other choice but to reveal his identity to this young girl. At least then, he’d still have a chance of getting out of here.
Yao Tang’s eyes flashed.
She took one glance at the ID in his hand before taking a step back. So, he was looking for her?
“If you still don’t believe me, you can search for my picture online. I’m really not lying to you,” he stated.
“But I just want you to do one thing. Please don’t tell the others that I’m here. The only reason I’m here is that I wanted to see this girl. That’s why I climbed over the wall. She’s extremely good at tennis.”
“Extremely good at tennis?”
There was a complicated look in her eyes as if she didn’t know what to say.
“Do you know her?”
The President gazed at her hopefully.
In the past, the President had told the girl to think of this matter carefully.
