Chapter 772: Boundless Ocean

Thankfully, their suffering didn’t last long.
About three seconds later, all the noise disappeared, and there was only silence in Tan Jian’s head.
President Tan was on his knees, panting, sweat beading on his forehead.
Back then, he felt as though he was on the verge of death. If the noise hadn’t stopped, he would have experienced the same fate as the men lying on the ground.
Before they could even get their bearings, Yao Tang unsheathed her dagger and pounced on Elder Nie’s men, slicing and cutting anything in her path.
It wasn’t long before her blade was all bloody.

Elder Nie was overcome with worry and despair. He wanted to kill Yao Tang then, more than ever.

With that in mind, he barked out another order. “Kill them! Kill them all! Don’t let them leave this place alive!”

If she told anyone about this, not only would it impede their organization’s stealthy ways, but it would also expose them to many dangers.
And Elder Nie’s plans, everything he had worked for all these years, would be ruined.
After hearing their leader’s command, the henchmen attacked with renewed ferocity.
Now that they didn’t need to spare their targets’ lives, they had no reason to hold back.
But when Elder Nie looked closely, his frown only deepened. How come those three seemed to be fine?

His face darkening, Elder Nie roared at his men like a madman. “Show them no mercy! Leave no one alive. I want them all to die here, especially that girl!”
He had the keen sense that if he let Yao Tang go now, it would turn out to be the biggest mistake of his life.
“Yes, Grand Elder!”
His subordinates boomed in unison before they jumped back into action.
Elder Nie composed himself and held his breath. He harnessed his spiritual power and prepared to join the battle.
He was confident that he could subdue Yao Tang with his strengths.
At the very least, he was certain that she wouldn’t be able to win against him.
After all, he had decades’ worth of cultivation under his belt. How could a mere teenage girl compare to him?
He launched his attack, only to be stunned yet again in the next second.
There was no impact.
