Tiny quickly answered so that he can’t build any suspicion that Tiny is lying.
" The fact is miss Gusman’s family, and I have known each other for long. Because sir Jones is on vacation now, he also allowed me and butler Ruffy to have a holiday with ma’am A--, miss Gusman.
Tiny didn’t explain further because he doesn’t want to strike by lightning because of his lies.
"Hmm, let’s say that I believe you. That’s fine! So, you’re saying is that miss Gusman’s family was there now and is with her? Right?
Tiny just nod and didn’t talk more.
Koji’s face suddenly lit up when he heard Ashley is with her family and not Tanaga. Therefore, the two don’t have a relationship with each other. His deep dimples suddenly show because he thought it was the time to meet miss Gusman’s family.
With that thought, he quickly turns around and walks to the penthouse. Tiny didn’t follow and just called Ashley to inform her what he said to Koji. So by chance, they have the same story.
Ashley and Tiny were still talking when they heard a knock in the door then a bodyguard enters the room, which is in the door. That let Koji be curious on why there are bodyguards outside the door. When I miss Gusman, and her family is only there? But he didn’t mind it; first, he was just going to ask Tiny.

When the bodyguards saw Koji, they recognized him. But the problem is it was COO Hanada, and they got alerted. But when they saw Tiny signs to let Koji enter, their worries were gone and greeted the man when he got near.
"Good morning COO Hanada! What can I do for you?" One of the bodyguards asked that is still standing and alert.
"Good morning to both of you too! I’m here to visit miss Gusman, is she there?"
"Please wait, and I’ll see if she’s accepting a visitor." Then one of the bodyguards enters the room to tell Ashley that she has a visitor.
"Ma’am Ashley, you have a guest. It was sir Hanada, COO Hanada." The bodyguard repeated the name so that he’s sure Ashley knows it.
"Wait for a moment," Ashley said to the bodyguard. Then she told her family to go back to their rooms and hide.
But Arman disagrees, and he doesn’t want to leave his sister alone to face their possible enemy.
Also, they’re not even sure if Koji’s saying was true. So it’s better that he would think that Arman is the only person she’s with and to know if he has some wrong motives.
Ashley agreed to Arman to stay. When they’re sure all of them are in their rooms, that was just when they talked to the bodyguard who is standing and waiting for their order.
"Okay, let him come in, and we will talk in the balcony."
Then Ashley and Arman stand up to go to the balcony.
The balcony overlooks the resort-like swimming pool on the 1st floor, while the penthouse is located on the 21st floor, but the view is magnificent even from afar.
Koji saw the two on the veranda that is looking at guests in the swimming pool. Ashley has a beautiful smile while she’s still pointing something. Koji feels like dreaming while looking at the woman who is always with him in his dreams.
"Ahem! Ahem!" Arman said that is already in front of Koji, but he still didn’t notice it.
Koji suddenly feels ashamed and quickly smiled and greeted to cover up his embarrassment. "Hello, general manager Gusman!" He said with a nod.
"Good morning to you too! COO Hanada!" Then Arman bowed to give respect.
When Ashley heard their voices, she looked at them, and he saw Koji’s treatment to hee older brother, even though he was just one of their employees.
Ashley smiled a bit, which is misinterpreted by Koji as a sign that she’s happy that he was there.
"Good morning COO Hanada!" She gracefully said with a beautiful smile in her lips while walking towards them. De
"Miss Gusman, how are you? I thought you were still in America with CEO Jones, but you were here and having a vacation. I can’t believe that I saw you on the elevator, but I still try to call you."
"But you already entered the elevator. That’s why you didn’t hear me." Koji was excitedly talking, while he didn’t notice that Arman was observing his moves.
"Oh? So it was you? I heard someone called my name, but just like what you said... I’m already inside the elevator and closed immediately." Ashley said that is obviously forcing her to smile.
Ashley invited Koji to take a seat, and he quickly accepts it. Then she asked her brother to tell Inday to serve a drink. Arman followed and left the two.
Ashley didn’t waste more time. "COO Hanada, what can I do for you?" She said in a serious face.
Koji was surprised by Ashley’s words that were very cold and seemed to be forced to speak to him. But, even though he noticed it, he just ignored it and made his face thick skin. Something he had never done in his entire life.
"I’m sorry if I disturb you. I was just excited to know that you’re here, and I thought that since I don’t have an assistant, I could ask you for help?"
"Unfortunately, you’re here with your whole family and on vacation, so I won’t disturb you.
However, I still hope that we.." Koji plans to invite her to dinner sometimes, but Arman arrives with Inday behind her, holding a tray of drinks.
Koji did nothing but stop and postpone what he was about to say until the two of them left. But when Arman sat down in an empty seat and took one of cold drinks...
Koji decided just to change the theme of the conversation.
Koji can’t do anything but to stop and set aside what he’s going to say, until the two leave. But Arman seat at one of the vacant seats and get one glass of drink... Koji makes sure to change the subject.
"By the way, until when are you going to stay in the Philippines? Maybe you can give me a tour because I didn’t have time to go to some places, besides the office, factory, and branches of the family of President Sanches."
"That is if you only have time. What do you think?" Koji asked as his eyes were obviously worried that she would reject his request...
