Song Qiao and Ning Wan lived on the sixth floor, neither high nor low. Just as they stepped into the elevator and were about to close the door, they heard a hurried "wait a moment."

Just as Song Qiao was about to look away, she noticed the woman’s gaze fixate on Lu Jingchen, her eyes widening in shock and surprise as she stared intently at him.

It was the first time Rong Yue had seen such a handsome man; she felt it was a case of love at first sight.
Lu Jingchen was so handsomely attractive that even though he was just there, not even giving an opening speech and sitting by himself, his quiet demeanor, as if a celestial being descending to Earth, had set her young heart racing.
Seeing Lu Jingchen now, Rong Yue felt like her heart was about to jump out. Although it had been rumored for a while that Lu Jingchen had returned to take over as the president of their company, few people inside the company had seen him, apart from the president’s office staff and some executives. Probably even the cleaners, who were everywhere and known as the human radars of the company, had not seen him.

Song Qiao stood on the other side, not between Lu Jingchen and Rong Yue, with Lu Jingchen standing between her and Rong Yue. So, Rong Yue was still reasonably close to Lu Jingchen, feeling somewhat awkward about where to place her hands and feet.
