From a distance, Arya looked at Shawn with sad eyes. She wanted to talk to him. She couldn’t believe that the friendship he had offered before was not genuine at all but still a part of a hideous plan against the Kens.
She still believed deep in her heart that Shawn was a good person. The memories they shared together in the past seemed genuine to her and she saw sincerity in Shawn eyes all those times.
She let out a deep sigh and plastered a smile on her delicate face as she faced the cameras with Ryu.
"Mr. Ken, we noticed that your date tonight is already wearing a ring. Is this a sign of some relationship between you two or it is just a simple ring?" One of the reporters asked.
Ryu smiled at Arya lovingly and held her hand tightly before he answered, "Yes, she’s my wife. We will disclose the details for the grand wedding ceremony once everything is finalized but for now please I ask you to let me and my wife have our privacy."
"Mr. Ken, I’m sorry to ask but this is all so shocking. Looks like it all happened very suddenly. We thought she’s your girlfriend or fiancé but you introduced her as a wife. Does it mean you both had a secret marriage?" added by the reporter.
"Hmm, you could say it like that I guess. I did have a secret wedding without anyone knowing about it. Basically I had a shotgun wedding with no one in the knowing not even my darling wife..." Ryu said laughing.
The reporter looked confused as he scratched his head.

Meanwhile at the other side of the venue, most of the people were shocked as they looked at Shawn’s face.
He had amazingly handsome features with each feature of his face looked like specially carved out in perfection. His skin was fair and glowing and had hints of pinkish blush all over an epitome of good looks indeed...
He was a real handsome man and none of his features resembled his father at all. So they assumed he got his looks from his mother solely though none had seen her.
"Oh my darling is so handsome right?" Denise commented to the reporters and all nodded in agreement.
"Ms. Ming could you please take off your mask now so we could properly take your photo as a couple?" one of the reporter asked politely.
"Oh sure," Denise answered as she took off her own mask.
"Ohh they look perfect together..." gasped the reporters as they quickly took their photos.
"Darling why don’t you move closer..." Denise said as she abruptly pulled Shawn and slid her arm on his waist.
Then she whispered, "Put your arm on my shoulders or you’ll regret it badly if you don’t follow my orders at all."
Shawn’s eyebrow wrinkled in disbelief. ’How dare this woman give orders to me like that?’ he thought annoyingly. He was not a robot! He was Shawn Lee the Master of the underworld!
"Do you want to know some secrets of my darling, the secrets of the SL Group CEO which I could share right now if you want?" Denise said to the media jokingly.
"Yes, please do Miss Ming because Mr. Lee is a very aloof man so we know nothing about him except that he’s good in business." One of the reporters answered excitedly.
Shawn almost coughed hard then he heard Denise muttered, "Don’t push me... I’m really in for this so if I were you I would have just followed what I was told. If you still insist on not obeying then I’ll make sure you’ll be the trending topic after this party with a not so good scandal."
Shawn let out a long deep irritated sigh before he put his arm on Denise’s shoulders.
’You want me to obey you... now lets see who obeys whom and who wins this game of irritating the other...’
Then a wicked grin appeared on his lips as he whispered in to her ear, "You really want to play with me huh? Okay let’s do it my way. Let’s play well."
Then he smiled lovingly at the media and said, "This woman is quite talkative. It is really difficult to make talkative people to stop from talking and Miss Ming is just one of them. Sweetheart I will have to resort to some strict measures to stop you from spilling out any secrets of mine..."
"What do you mean by that darling? Do you really think I should not tell them anything ab....ummmmm"
Before Denise could even complete her sentence and think of harming his image, Shawn quickly turned towards her, slid his one hand on her waist and one hand on the back of her head and pulled her closer towards him and abruptly kissed her lips.
It was not a gentle kiss at all but a very rough and aggressive kiss where Shawn bit Denise’s lips hard while kissing.
