The next day, Arya got ready to go swimming, so she went out with her one-piece swimsuit and topped it with just a loose shirt that she could easily take off.
She saw Butler Omni outside on a beach chair reading a book.
"How are you feeling now, Butler Omni?" She asked smiling as she sat beside him.
"I am good now, Child. It usually happens whenever I forget to take my medicines to maintain the normal sugar level in my body." He answered as he smiled back at her.
"My dad is also like that. He takes maintenance for high blood pressure. I guess people need it as they age." Arya commented.
"Are you waiting for Ryu?" Butler Omni asked.
Arya just nodded. Ryu was with Regan early to discuss some things pertaining to the ongoing constructions on the island.
Last night, Ryu was a perfect gentleman. He was just sleeping with her, as in literally sleeping who kissed her goodnight, then cuddled her the whole night.
She was now able to sleep soundly like a rod with Ryu by her side. He was like her sleeping pill and she was happy to see that he did not have any bruises so far. She also heard no complains. So she thought that she had managed to sleep still without moving too much.
Ryu was no longer beside her whenever she woke up in the morning. She would usually find him preparing breakfast for themselves. Her every meal was actually prepared by him and he was getting better at it.
He was persistent and so caring. And it really broke her heart to see that sincerity in him. Because she had already decided to disappear from Ryu’s sight as soon as her father was acquitted and released.
So, instead of doing her initial plan of making the most out of her stay while she was with Ryu, she came up with the plan on how to make him lose interest on her in the next days.
She searched the internet before going out to check on the things on how to make a boyfriend dump or break-up with his girlfriend. She needed to try doing such things for him to dislike her.
It was better not to show him her true feelings. That’s the only thing she could do for him at that moment
She turned her head to Butler Omni and asked, "What are the things Ryu hates?"
Butler Omni’s lips curved up, he could sense and get the idea of why Arya was asking such a thing.
"That question is so broad." He said laughing, then he told Arya about what Ryu hated in food and other things he had observed Ryu disliked.
"What Ryu hates the most is being lied to." Butler Omni said lastly.
Arya sighed. If he found out everything, he would hate her to the core for sure.
Seeing Arya’s sullen face he added, "But it usually depends if there was a valid reason on why a person lied, Ryu is an understanding man, especially, with those close to his heart."
"I will leave you here, for now, child, since this old man is feeling sleepy." Butler Omni said before walking back inside the mansion.
Arya was left alone, deep in thoughts. She was thinking hard on how to make Ryu realize that she was someone unlikeable and not worthy of his time.
She stood up and took off her top and walked slowly towards the beach.
Then, she suddenly felt arms on her waist that lifted her up and twirled her around.
"Stop it. I feel dizzy," she said laughing. Ryu dropped his body down with her on top of him. She rolled out from him and looked at the clear sky.
"Sorry, it took me long." He said before rolling on top of her and gently kissing her nose.
Arya blushed, then followed by a tight-lipped. Ryu grinned as he looked on her pursed lips. He wanted to attack those lips every now and then, but he was controlling himself, especially, at night because he wanted Arya’s heart first.
He himself was also curious to know how long he could last and control himself.
His thought was blown away with Arya’s tap on his shoulder. "Hey get-off now and let’s go swim. You promised to teach me how to swim!" She said with a fit of temper.
She pushed Ryu hard and went straight to the water while Ryu followed her with a muddled look. Arya seemed to be moody right now.
"Come here fast and teach me. Why do you walk so slowly?" Arya shouted at him.
Ryu scratched his head as he walked faster, no, he practically ran towards her.
After an hour of teaching Arya how to swim, Ryu was so grateful to finally get out of the water. He was so tired that he wanted to directly go inside the room.
Arya basically threw a fit, while they were in the water where she almost strangled him by clinging onto him most of the time and beating him with her hands whenever she failed to learn what he had taught her.
"What are you doing here? We are not done yet!" Arya hissed while she abruptly pulled his arm and led him towards the water once more.
’Will I become a battered boyfriend?’ Ryu thought helplessly.
