Chapter 17
After all the applause died down, Mei and Ali left the Talent~fest building and headed to their base/home to relax .
After all that stress on their voices from singing, they both just needed to take a small break .
After walking into the room in which they labeled the 'Peace Room', Ali started a conversation
"0kay, sis . . "
She paused
"I personally believe that we should pretend to be sisters for our duo, I think it will be really Kuwaiti . . just think about! Two equally beautiful 'Angels' are sisters! Our fan base will absolutely love it! Plus . . we already basically act like sisters . . . I mean we DID grow up together . . . " Ali was starting to ramble .
She was to embarrassed to flat out say to Mei that she really cherished her friendship with Mei, and that Mei was the only person she ever actually considered family, and one of the main reasons why she actually wanted to sign up for Talent~fest was so she could actually propose her idea of becoming official sisters with Mei . .
Ali felt that the top 2 hackers in the world shouldn't really act SO immature . . .
'Wait . . ' with that thought, Ali remembered something .
Without waiting for Mei Koi's opinion on the whole matter she just proposed, Ali said
"After we meet up with the people from Lin Cooperation, W-we should go get ice cream
to celebrate our success today . . A-and . . " Ali paused "a-and maybe after that we could go to the adoption agency place and register ourselves . . a-as sisters . . . " the last part of what she said was quiet, but Mei still managed to hear what she said .
Mei smiled and said "Sure thing . I think it would be great if we could celebrate"
(especially with ice cream . . . Yum!)
Mei Koi paused . She wanted to tease Ali a little . . after all, she WAS going to become her little sister . .
"And I think it would be great to register us as real siblings . . !"
After a couple of seconds of pin-drop silence, a loud, irritating noise was heard .
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH YES YES YESSS YAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"
After Ali calmed down a little, Mei spoke
"Now lets go meet up with those people paying us good money! Heck, we could even pay for the ice cream with those rich bastards money!!"
Ali smiled and said "Of course, Big Sister Mei Mei!"
That irritated Mei a little . .
"Do you really have to give me a nickname??"
Ali had such a big smile on her face as she replied
"Of course I HAVE to, Big Sister Mei Mei!! Isn't it a humans' JOB to annoy their siblings??"
