"What is this?" Ye Wanwan was a bit puzzled. She recognized the brand of the gift bag; it was an international luxury brand, but she didn’t understand the meaning behind Shen Yi’s sudden gesture.
Shen Yi explained, "I bought it for you on a business trip and forgot to give it to you."
Ye Wanwan felt a strange sensation at the bottom of her heart, hesitant yet she still took the bag, and opening it, she saw a lipstick.
"There were two women in the team, who asked for an hour off after work specifically to buy lipstick."
"They said it was a limited edition, and if they didn’t buy it right away, it would sell out, so I had them grab one for me."
He didn’t really understand these things, but thinking that since it was so popular, Ye Wanwan might like it too, he had his colleagues help him buy one.
Ye Wanwan’s heart uncontrollably started to race. Shen Yi always had this ability to effortlessly make her succumb.
In fact, she had a lipstick just one already, displayed on her dressing table.
