The morning work was a bit much, so Shen Yi called Ye Wanwan and told her to have lunch by herself.

Shen Yi tidied up the documents on his desk, and soon after, there was a knock on the door. Shen Yi looked up and saw Ren Yushi entering from outside.
Ren Yushi was dressed in a black suit today, but his youthful appearance and delicate features made him look particularly childlike.
No matter how maturely he tried to dress, one could easily discern his age at a glance.
After the office door closed, Ren Yushi glanced at the man sitting at the desk looking at him, his eyes devoid of any fear, a level of composure uncommon for his age.
Ren Yushi approached the desk and spoke calmly, "I apologize for disturbing President Shen’s work at this time."
Shen Yi’s eyes were indifferent, "What is it?"
"I would like to discuss something about Ayun with President Shen," Ren Yushi said straightforwardly.
Shen Yi raised his eyebrows slightly, looking at the other with a mocking smile, "What would Mr. Ren like to discuss?"
Ren Yushi continued, "As for Ayun, I’ll take good care of her and ensure she won’t do anything to harm Mrs. Shen. President Shen doesn’t need to have someone keep an eye on Ayun anymore."
Shen Yi’s expression darkened, "From the beginning to the end, it has been He Qingyun who has been causing trouble to my wife, and now you’re here to negotiate with me?"
"Besides, you know exactly what He Qingyun wants to do. Do you really think you can stop her?"
Shen Yi did not believe that the man in front of him truly had the capability to stop He Qingyun.
Ren Yushi paused for a moment, "I can stop her, but I hope that what’s between Ayun and Mrs. Shen will come to an end from now on."
He would start a new life with Ayun, and the matters of the past would no longer concern them.
Shen Yi spoke bluntly, "I don’t trust you, nor do I trust He Qingyun. Talking to me about these things now is meaningless. What you should do is keep an eye on He Qingyun. As long as she doesn’t make a move, I can’t do anything to her, can I?"
As things stood, Shen Yi indeed had no solution for He Qingyun.
He had been having people watch He Qingyun to prevent her from getting any chances to harm Ye Wanwan and also to catch He Qingyun in the act of committing a crime.
But for a long time, He Qingyun had been too well-behaved, having done nothing outrageous, leaving Shen Yi with no way to deal with her.
