Chaochao was indeed a difficult baby to care for, always crying and whimpering. Throughout the entire full moon celebration, except for the times he was hungry and was held by Ye Wanwan for a while, Shen Yi had been holding Chaochao the rest of the time.
Yet Shen Yi didn’t feel burdened at all, and was even honored and a bit proud of himself for being able to soothe Chaochao.
Whenever Zhouzhou was at home, he took care to be by Chaochao’s side every moment, not at all annoyed by his sister’s frequent crying.

After an entire day of hustle and bustle at the full month celebration, Ye Wanwan took a bath, fed Chaochao, and soon fell into a deep sleep.
Once Chaochao fell asleep, Shen Yi handed him over to the nanny and then went to the children’s room to tell Zhouzhou a story. After Zhouzhou had fallen asleep, he then returned to the bedroom.
At that moment, the bedroom was quiet and peaceful, with an orange light shining on the bedside, and there was a slight bulge on the bed, clearly indicating Ye Wanwan was lying there.

Ye Wanwan didn’t go back to sleep but got up to care for Chaochao, and despite Chaochao not being as easy to manage as Zhouzhou once was, Ye Wanwan didn’t become flustered.
Moreover, she didn’t need to handle the trivial matters and had the help of the nanny by her side, which made things far easier than for most people.
In the afternoon, after Ye Wanwan had just soothed Chaochao to sleep and put her down, Chaochao hadn’t woken up yet.
