Tang Suiyu’s small face squeezed out tears, her little hands tightly clutching his clothes, "I don’t care, I’m your wife!"
Tang Suiyu forcefully tore open his shirt, staring at the spot on his side wrapped in gauze. She moved her small mouth, and after a few seconds, her trembling little hand reached toward it.
"You’re hurt, did you think you could hide it from me?" Just as her fingertips were about to touch the soft gauze, she pulled them back.
She was afraid it would hurt him.
Ye Gushen stared at her distressed little expression, his hardened heart softened, and he pulled her small body close, "I’m fine, it’s just a minor injury."
"You don’t let me know about minor injuries? So, you won’t let me know about serious ones either? In your eyes, do you think I don’t care? I know I was immature before, but we’re together now! I worry about you!" Tang Suiyu punched his chest angrily, "Let go of me!"
"Where are you going?"
"If you won’t let me sleep here, I’ll go back to my own room!" She struggled, trying to leave.
Ye Gushen’s large hand rubbed her shoulder,
"No way!" She just used that as an excuse!
Tang Suiyu stared at his wound, "You really underestimate me! I’m the Tang Family’s daughter, even if it’s just a faint smell of medicine, I can still tell!"
"It’s just a small injury." Ye Gushen insisted.
"You still say that! Do you understand I have a fragile heart? I’ll wait until you’re asleep and then remove your gauze! It will be obvious how serious your injury is. If it wasn’t serious, you would’ve come to pick me up, but you’re just lying in bed, acting tough!"

Ye Gushen quietly looked at her, finding her adorably cute!
So cute it was explosive!
After she finished speaking, Tang Suiyu poked his chest with her small finger, "So, Uncle Ye, what exactly happened to you?"
"While abroad, I suddenly had acute appendicitis." Ye Gushen’s handsome face changed slightly, "I told you, it was a minor surgery."

She really is a wonderful girl, and he hadn’t been wrong all these years.
His wife would love him, worry about him, and care for him.
