Some people couldn’t help but ask, seeming to think that Yang Chuxia and her companions were tricksters. This irritated Yang Chuxia.
"Where are we going to carry him? To the medical clinic, of course. Should we just let him lie here and die?" She glared at the man, adding, "Earlier, you were all pointing and whispering, but I didn’t see anyone thinking of taking him to the medical clinic. What’s all the fuss now?"

Of course, there were some people who followed them, curious to see what would happen.

Just as Manager Mu had made his way down from the second floor, he hurried outside upon hearing Yang Chuxia’s voice, coming face-to-face with her.
"What happened?" he asked, noticing the person Ye Zi’an was carrying.
"Manager Mu, could you bring out your best doctor? We found this man on the streets. His eyes seem to be gone." Yang Chuxia relayed the situation briefly, upon hearing which Manager Mu hurried off to fetch a doctor.
Nearby, Ye Zi’an had already laid the young man down. He was still unconscious.
Manager Mu moved quickly, owing to the young master’s orders to offer full support whenever this young woman and young man required help.
Now it wasn’t any big task, just finding a doctor. Thus he quickly returned with one.
"Bring a basin of clean water!" The doctor ordered upon seeing the young man’s blood-streaked face.
An errand boy obeyed and went to fetch water. Once the water arrived, he helped clean the young man’s face. But as Manager Mu saw the young man’s clean face, he gasped, "He..."
"Do you know him?" Noticing Manager Mu’s expression, Yang Chuxia quickly asked.
Manager Mu didn’t reply to Yang Chuxia’s question, instead instructing, "Do your best to save him, no matter the cost of the medication, even the rarest ones won’t matter."
After saying this, he left. Yang Chuxia speculated that he was probably off to notify Mu Shaoling. It seemed that the injured man must be someone known or important. A running commentary in Yang Chuxia’s mind complained about her odd luck in running into people known by Mu Shaoling. She wondered how tumultuous Mu Shaoling and Baili Yan’s lives in the Capital City were, seeing as those they knew were always turning up in tragic states.
When the doctor had the young man cleaned and bandaged up, issuing some instructions on care, only then did Manager Mu return.
He bowed to Yang Chuxia and Ye Zi’an, "Thank you, both. I have sent a message to the young master. He should be here soon."
"Manager Mu, who is this child?" Yang Chuxia asked, "How did he end up here, and why did such a tragedy befall him?"
At her inquiry, manager Mu seemed rather troubled. Seeing this, Yang Chuxia decided not to push and said, "Since you know him, we’ll leave his care in your hands."
"Yes, yes! Rest assured, at Mu’s Clinic, we’ll do everything we can to help."
