Her hands hadn’t fully recovered yet and were still hanging limply at her sides. The sudden movement must have aggravated her wounds, as the corner of her mouth twitched in pain.
Then, with a look of dissatisfaction and grievance, she turned to Can Meng Daoist.
"Martial Uncle, you can’t be so stingy! These Elixirs are hardly worth anything.
If it weren’t for Fellow Daoist Yang, I’d never have been able to see you or Master again! How could I possibly be standing here, alive and well?"
"If you ask me, we of Sansong Mountain can’t be so cheap! Fellow Daoist Yang performed a great service for me; we can’t just fob him off with so little.
There are plenty of other treasures in this Tree House that would surely be more useful to Fellow Daoist Yang. I’ll go get them for him right now!"
