Dong Huiying smiled idiotically, her foolish grin never fading as she snuggled into Big Brother Liang Zhichen’s embrace, with Yixuan using her legs as a pillow. To her left was Yue Ning, to her right, Haoming. Shujun also leaned in again, stretching out her arms to wrap everyone up in a hug, with a childlike smile plastered on her face.
Seeing this, Shu Yu’s hand twitched ever so slightly. Then, from behind Big Brother, she too slowly extended her arms, and together with her twin Shujun, they circled everyone up, front and back.
They had come up to watch the sun, originally because Yue Ning, who was drunk, insisted on stargazing. But on New Year’s night, there were no stars to be seen. Shujun, ever impulsive, suggested they might as well wait for daylight to see the sun rise, so they all ran up to the rooftop.

After dawn, the plump Dong Xinyuan stretched out her limbs. As she came out of the room, she suddenly heard a faint call from the rooftop of Xihui Courtyard, "Is anyone there, anyone there..."

Dong Xinyuan had her hands behind her back, seemingly clutching something. Shu Yu caught sight of a few bits and pieces, probably clothes.
Dong Xinyuan, ever guileless, chuckled, "Second Brother-in-law? Big Sister threw up a moment ago, soiled her clothes, and I’m taking them to wash. Ah! You should go in quickly, she seems to be feeling quite uncomfortable? Must be a hangover from last night!"
Shu Yu felt something was off but glanced at Dong Xinyuan with detachment, his light-colored lips carrying a hint of playful smirk as he leisurely pushed open the door.
"Bang!" The sound echoed!
Afterward, a clinking and clanking ensued—this sly sister had somehow acquired a bunch of locks and chains and proceeded to lock the door from the outside!!
He turned to look at the door and then back at the clay bed, where his brothers lay haphazardly, all fully clothed.
Shu Yu felt his face heat up.
He knew Second Sister Dong was up to something!
